    All 12" Meat Lover

Had it delivered by UberEats. That was fine. All meat pizza, not great. The toppings have zero flavor. Crust tastes like corn chips. My lady got the buffalo wings. She said the sauce was spicy/hot and quite yummy. She will order again. I probably won't have the pizza again Louisville has too many yummy pizzas to enjoy.

Dive bar enthusiasts, this is your place! Not to mention a longtime favorite of UL students and alums. We visited as a family on a Friday afternoon during happy hour which got us cheaper beer, fried pickles and chips with queso. The Granville Burger and fries are a fan favorite. The club is huge and my son loved it, but it didn't beat the burger. Our orders were accurate despite several modifications to toppings or asking for things on the side. The team seating and serving was so friendly. We felt very welcomed today and it was fun to bring our sons to a spot we enjoyed as college students. Street parking is easy to find. Pool table and TVs to stay caught up on sports.

This was my first time getting takeout from here rather than ordering in. And I thoroughly enjoyed the experience! The delivery was quick, and my food was still fresh and hot. I got a buffalo sandwich and it was cooked absolutely wonderfully. The chicken was so easy to cut through and the bread was toasted nicely. Now, the Mac n cheese is where they fell short. It's been a while since I've got mac & cheese from them, but I guess I forgot about the rotini noodles. Was not a fan of the noodles or the cheese sauce they used. Overall, I'd still probably order from them for something quick and easy. I just avoid the mac & cheese.

I've been here several times and always great. But I came for burger week and had the special. Again it didn't disappoint.

Joe is the man. Because of his support, the Celtics won game 5. This bar is so cool. a great location has a huge backyard drinking/ dining area. They have a pool table and 7$ pitchers on Thursdays. I had the fish and chips. It was a bit burned on some of the edges but was really good. Everything was great there, very chill spot.

Met some friends here for supper last Sunday after watching a documentary at the Speed Museum. I was quite surprised at how wonderful this local institution turned out. The service was wonderful and the food was on point . The grilled chicken wrap that I ordered was tasty. The wrap was as crispy and the seasoned fries were not greasy. For dessert I ordered the pretzel with caramel sauce. The sauce enhanced the warm pretzel wonderfully.Clean place with street parking. The drink special depends on what day it is. Will definitely come back.

Ask the Community - The Granville Pub

Does Granville ever partner with local breweries for special events?

Yep. They have a weekly night (wednesday) where Rhinegeist From Cincinnati comes and has a tap takeover of sorts and they also give out free pint glasses. Check it out. I would love to see them add more weekly/regular brewery nights. Maybe once…

I had The Holy Ghost cocktail and it was a pomegranate hibiscus sour, it had just the right amount of sour! I do not like bitter drinks and this one was good and easy to drink. My husband had a couple of dark beers, I do not remember which ones but he liked them. They had a nice outdoor area but it was a bit too cool for that but it may be worth a return in the Spring to check it out. Bathroom was also really cool as the decor and theme spilled over into it. It's creative with a sense of joy, irreverent, one of a kind. And I'm happy to see it last in its spot next to Slugger Field. I got to visit recently when a bunch of friends were in town. We ended up visiting during trivia night, which added a fun twist to the experience. Our team, The Electric Sheep, got second place! And along with the fun vibes, we had great food and beer. I got The Smokehouse OG, which is its pulled pork sandwich served on a Cuban roll. If you like pulled pork, you'll like this sandwich, though typical to their fashion, AtG puts a twist on it with its Brown Note BBQ Sauce. We had to get the pork belly on a stick -- a menu fave. And for my beer, I tried the El Nopal Mexican lager (cracked up at the name) and Cold Ass Beer red ale. AtG is a Louisville original that's not to be overlooked.

There are also picnic tables out front. You get a faint whiff of the grill/smoker upon entering. Kylie was our bartender and she was fabulous - knowledgeable, friendly, and answered all of our questions with patience. Wife ordered a mango margarita and doesn't like a lot of tequila, so Kylie went half and gave her a shot on the side in case she wanted to add more. It was wonderful. I had a couple of beers. We started with the fried mushrooms, which aren't what you would expect. It's two large portobellos cut into chunks, battered, fried, and served with sun-dried tomato mayo. They were great. I then ordered a duck taco, brisket taco, and a side of Grippo Fries with smoked mayo. I'd never tried duck but that taco was smack-a-lackin'. The brisket taco was also good, and the fries were fantastic - sweet and spicy, fresh cut, and crispy. Wife ordered a pork belly slider and truffle fries. She enjoyed the slider but didn't care for the fries - just not her thing. The portions here are large. A side of fries will feed three people. We took a hefty portion of them home, as well as some of the mushrooms. We could've sat there at the bar and spent 3 hours socializing and enjoying a smattering of cocktails - love the setting. Look forward to going back and trying one of the burgers at some point.

It's definitely not 4 star…read morenoted and maybe not the best exclusive signage and overall 4 star appeal; but it a diamond in the rough, persa. This place is quaint, nice location (on a corner ) decent seating, not a big outdoor dining area, the bar is long and has the memories of the old day saloon. Now the food; terribly good! Menu isn't extensive but good items and variety that will satisfy anyone's appetite. It was Father's Day but as soon as it opened they were quickly filled with patrons and people kept coming; even waiting to get in. The fries in duck fat were awesome. Since so many baskets of fries like this for a long time. The smoked wings are great, meaty and savory. I had the pork belly tacos; my only disappointment was you only get 2 per order. The fine combination of ingredients were splendid and the pork belly so tender. My wife had the bbq pork sandwich on pretzel bun. Very good tasting and this was with no bbq sauce on it. If you're in the area, do yourself a a favor and stop in. I can't wait to go back ( as we live in southern Indiana) so might be a bit but definitely want to try a few other items.
