The store employee, Amanda, provided a plethora of information on each of the breeds. It was a wonderful sight to see that the playpens were minimally full at only two or three puppies in each and NOT indicative of a "puppy mill". The two tiny Cava Poos were just larger than my hand (see pic) and weighed under two pounds. They were so energetic and sweet but they come with a large price tag of $5000.00, which include a health assessment by a vet. Sadly, no discount for full cash payment vs plastic. The walls were full of carrying bags, necklaces, toys and clothing. Going to bring my daughter here to browse the puppies in an attempt to find a fun partner for her puppy, and try to negotiate the price.

I felt the sessions the trainer provided us were kind of weak and basic, during the course of 5 months the office or the trainer canceled several times. I paid for 10 sessions and got 7 sessions all of which I was told were supposed to be 1-hour sessions but never got more than 45 mins total per session. I called a few weeks ago after no contact from their main office or trainer for a month asking what was going on and for a refund, but they haven't responded other than to know they don't offer refunds. I feel their main office and trainers do not do a good job of contacting you and my dog is still terribly scared of other dogs and has made little improvement.
