He even asked me to sign documents while telling me to ignore incorrect information inside them. The whole process felt sloppy and careless, and it created unnecessary stress. This has been the worst mortgage experience I've had across multiple home purchases. His mortgage product options were extremely limited, the service was unprofessional, and the entire experience was a mess. I would strongly encourage anyone to avoid Arin and work with a larger, more reputable lender. I even cut ties with the person who recommended him because the service was that bad.
