There were six associates behind the counter. Only two were working. The others was goofing off. I wanted to leave, but I also wanted to try this ice cream because I've heard such great things about it I got the rum raisin ice cream because you can't find that particular flavor everywhere. The ice cream itself was a 10 out of 10 for flavor and texture. But my overall experience with The Udder Bar was a 3 for customer service. It shouldn't take almost and hour to get ice cream with 6 people behind the counter. Most likely I will not be returning.

I placed a mobile app order at this McDonald's and paid for it, but I never received my food. I waited about 20 minutes for curbside pickup, then went inside to ask about the order. The restaurant was very crowded and unorganized. When I spoke with the manager on duty, she did not seem to understand my order even after I showed it to her on my phone. She kept referring to only part of the order, even though there were additional items. She was not rude, but the situation was handled poorly, and she had to ask another employee to explain how I could cancel the order or request a refund. I was told they could not refund me because the order was placed through the app. I paid for food I did not receive, and after filing a complaint, I still have not been contacted by the restaurant after about a week. Very disappointing experience and poor handling of a mobile order issue.

A manager was arguing with customer who used APP to order stating that the price on the screen in their kiosk was not updated and extra cost was actually a dollar more; very disrespectful and annoyed those of us who did not need to hear the conversation or proof of how dumb the employees hired are.

The salsa's are tasty and I like the flavor in all 3 I tried. I ordered tacos and what they brought to my table resembled a tacos, but the taco expectation ended there. These so called tacos, to me, aren't realy tacos at all. Their assembelled usinf both a hard shell and a soft shell (Taco Bell offers something similar). Whatever you call it, taco is not the thought that comed to mind when eating it. I was hungry and did manage to eat both of the tacos, but considered throwing out the 2nd taco. I was confused and unsure what I was eating. The ground beef wasn't bad, but my main complaint at a Mexican Eatery nearby (Plaza Azteca} is the same. The ground beef is unseasoned. This is fundamentally wrong to me. All the Taco Kits at the grocery store come with a seasoning packet to add to the ground beef when preparing the tacos. I left unhappy, that's not to say I wouldn't try their burrito's. They looked good as seen on other patrons tables. I'm 70 years old and the theme of Cali reminds me of the 60's/70's. The decor, interior, and interior are psychedelic. Retro throwback to the hippie days. The staff reflects that theme - they came across in a kind weird way to me; but not in a bad way! Their is no shortage of happy campers enjoying their lunch (I went at 1PM). It seems like a cult following which speaks to the freshness and quality of the food served. It's not very large like most mall Chick-fil-A's, but seating is also offered in the mall's interior, on top of the small dining room. Menu, food quality, and service are standard for a Chick-fil-A. This locations biggest problem is being inside of the mall, as it attracts many customers, and lines during peak times are long. After December 31st, the nearest Chick-Fil-A will be at the MacArthur Town Centre, and while that location is excellent, it will be less convenient for some customers.

Give a lot of credit to the consistency of this chain. The #2 spicy chicken with a side salad and a large sweet tea taps off a perfect evening. Maybe it's the Chick-fil-A sauce, the pickles, the lettuce, or maybe the fact that some bacon snuck in on the sandwich, made it a fulfilling meal. Had a great experience with the Uber eats driver as the food arrived early and very warm.

Destiny, the cashier, was very friendly and offered to take our order at the kiosk. I appreciated that because the kiosk can be overwhelming if you don't know the menu. When we were eating a young man checked on us while walking by and I mentioned it was our first time there and he asked if our expectations were met.
