Danny "Lima" called me and asked what happened. He suggested I call the highway patrol to take a report. I was so grateful he told me to do that. When he got there, he was kind and professional. He even offered me water. He was so helpful even in suggesting where to take my car. He made a rough morning not so rough.

Armstrong accepted the device but never came to help. After waiting for a couple of hours I reached out to Armstrong to aak for an ETA. It was difficult to get someone to pick up the phone, when they finally did (after a couple of attempts) they stated that they would contact the driver and then call me back. That did NOT happen. I called them back 15 minutes later and then was told that they could not find me. After that I called Mercury roadside and they reached out to Armstrong and Wes's told that they "meant" to cancel the service call and never did. Unreliable, horrible communication and not poor service but ZERO service! Be aware people!

I was worried that this will especially be a difficult and costly installment as this is installed in my old RAV4 with the side swing door. We are looking forward to use Thinh service again in the near future for another dash cam installment for another vehicle and hopefully when I am ready to upgrade my stereo head unit. Thinh is also kind in accomodating me on his day off as I made an appointment direct through his website which may not have been updated to block the day off.
