OMG, i guess I'm not the only one that feel so great about Saigon towing!!! so last week i got into a car wreck on the 22 freeway near the magnolia exit and as i was waiting for an officer to arrive on the scene i called my husband (the car was not in a driving condition). my husband told me that he'll call someone to tow the car and not to worry about anything. it was amazing how James from Saigon towing got there soooooo fast. he actually arrive within 10-15min after i hung up the phone with my husband. and the best part is that James told me that he would deal directly with my insurance for the towing service. Very fast and helpful! We had a car parked in our rental for the longest time ever. No keys and expired tag. They were able to still pick up the car and it only took 15 minutes to load. Terrible service and they don't know what they are doing. Before you let them hook up your car ask them if they know if your car is a front wheel or rear wheel drive. It will cost you a fortune later (new transmission, etc..) if it is done incorrectly! They say okay,okay, but it is not okay! read more

I was in trouble, my new BMW 328i Coupe didnt start. I was so upset because I thought I had to cancel my whole day. I was surprised that out of all the tow companies that I have called, these guys showed up in about 15 minutes. They wont charge you an arm and a leg. Since I called BMW Assistance they told me it will cost me 116 dollars for a jump and a towe. That price alone got me even more mad. Yesterday my car stalled and died in the middle of the 4 way. Luckily a couple very helpful people helped push my car to the fast food restaurant that was close by and i started looking for a tow. i called around a couple times and it seemed like everyone was getting a tow, the longest wait i heard was 90 mins, i thought, screw that and i kept calling around. I came across this one and i figured for $75 flat, it wasn't bad compared to the other prices i heard. The wait was only an hour long. They were super helpful and they're 24 hours! if anyone needs a tow, definitely call up this company. The guy even knocked of $5 for me because I told him I was going to write a yelp review!
