I mean I don't think it's high quality, you're going to have "ick" left if you've got a filthy car but it's good for touch ups if you've washed your car. Then you should use it. This is my go to spot for washing my car; thanks to apartment life. Okay yes the equipment misses the trunk bumper area in regards to scrubbing all the dirt off. However is gets the grim off the car and makes it 98% clean which is better than nothing. Their equipment has never damaged my cars but everyone once in awhile I will find globs of some cleaning agent stuck to the car afterwards. I really like the vacuum set up with a hose for each side of the car and included with the wash. Depending on when you go though they could all be full and you find yourself unable to use them. I recommend buying the 4 pack of washed just to keep the cost per wash down, but $14 for the ultimate wash is still fairly manageable once every month or so. read more

I paid for the ultimate wash. My car is a disaster after a long drive and I really came for the vacuums, but I was pleased with the clean on the car. Not 5 stars because there was a bit of sap on the hood that the wash didn't get off. The vacuum set up is nice. They have them on both sides of the parking space so that you can easily access all the doors. It wasn't the most powerful vacuum I've ever used and I'll probably do it again when I get home, but it's a huge improvement over what it was. I would go back. read more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. Not worth the car damages and horrible customer service. I went to take my car in for a quick wash and ended up getting sandwiched in between two cars with my car getting damaged due to the wash glitching and slamming our cars together. After my customer service file, John Jenkins contacted me saying he did not see anything in the footage and tried gaslighting me that our cars did not hit. They said they would not provide any security footage of the wash and that they are not entitled to any of the damages. This place is a SCAM. read more

Their equipment scratched and dinged in a row all across the back of my new Jeep Cherokee. They do not pre-clean and scrub the wheels by hand like many of their nearby competitors do. I bought the unlimited monthly membership, but did not renew it. The best thing I can say about this place is the free vacuuming. read more

I went to the Kaady Car Wash at 11701 SE Mill Plain Blvd in Vancouver Washington. I paid for a regular car wash and went home. The next day I noticed spots all over the front, hood, windshield, and sides of my car. I washed my car again (at home) and really scrubbed to try and remove the spots. They wouldn't come off. Not only have they started eating away at my paint, I can not see out of my windshield when driving. I went by and filed a customer complaint and was called by Daniel Miller who said that I had to meet with another person to look at the damage. I went back to the car wash and met with John Jenkins who although took pictures of my car, immediately denied that it was the car wash that damaged my car. He tried to tell me it was sap, but sap doesn't have a spray pattern and doesn't cover that much surface of a car unless you were in forest of sap trees. If it was sap it wouldn't be down the sides of the car. Sap also comes off....this doesn't. He then told me that he has been in the insurance business for a long time and he "knew what he was talking about." He told me that I would have to take my car to a detail shop. Another thing is that the spots are iridescent like the chemicals they use at the car wash. He just kept telling me over and over that it wasn't their fault and that everyone at Kaady was going to agree with him. Well that's what happened. Everyone agreed (even though John was the only one that looked at my car). My car wasn't involved in any other circumstance that could've caused this. I noticed it the very next day. Upon, reading reviews about Kaady, I quickly realized that they are notorious for damaging vehicles and not taking any responsibility for the damage. Some of the reviews even mentioned John Jenkins and it was basically word-for-word what he said to me. One review I found said that they told the customer to get 2 estimates and after the customer got the estimates (which takes time out of you work day) they refused to pay for it because it was "too much". I am not a person who even sends food back that has been made wrong. I do not want to be dealing with this AT ALL! I am a full time student that doesn't have the time or money to fix this nor should I have to because it isn't my fault. I'm pretty sure Charles Kaady has enough money to fix the damage on my car. I can barely drive it because I can not see out of the windshield. If they were a good company with an ethical backbone, they would do the right thing and fix it. read more

Overall a good car wash! The bottom inside portion of my car near the rims of my tires still had mud on them, but other than that, the employee was friendly, my car came out sparkling, and the free self serve vacuums worked well and the area was very clean! read more

I went for a car wash because it had been a while, and thought I should probably vacuum up all these old fries and dirt and carpet mold and hair and old ice cream etc you get the point, typical stuff cars accumulate. So, the actual wash was terrific, aside from my toddler crying the whole time while she watched what she could only assume were tentacle monsters slowly sliding their foamy tendrals across her window. The vacuum was free with the wash, which is great because it took us about 45 minutes to get all the car crud up, and it's normally $5 for 10 minutes of vacuuming. So, if it'll take you a while to vacuum your car just go for the wash and save some money- car wash is only $8 or $10, just get the car wash you dingus. read more

I like this place pretty darn good for a place I would NEVER let wash my car. Nothing against Kaady in particular but if it involves automated brushes touching my little sports car, well, then I just can't do it. My car has never been through an automated wash unless it was a brushless one which is SO rare that I've given up on finding one that works consistently. So you ask, how can I review a car wash if I don't let them wash my car? Well, I love their vacuum station - they have the nicest, best designed, cleanest vacuum area which I stop by frequently to make sure the carpets are as clean as the exterior (sometimes cleaner). How well they wash cars I can't comment on, but I can tell you they suck good. read more

A true Portlander gets a bit antsy when it hasn't rained in awhile. Rain is our lifeblood. It's what separates us from them. Last year we went through several dry spells. Instead of a rain dance, I knew what to do. Car wash. This little spot does a nice job and the fine folks working at the car wash keep those waxin' machines humming. (Couldn't resist). I love how they warn you every single time they are not responsible for damage to bug guards (have never had the bug guard damaged). It's never too busy, so easy in and out if you are short on time. If you have a bit more time, they have a nice area for vacuuming. Go for the deluxe wash at $10, it's not much more than the regular. Always a surefire way to bring back that awesome rain. I haven't been to a drive-in carwash in years! My car was on a car carrier for a week and unfortunately it was right up top in the front, so I ended up being the bug shield. A black car + the recent heat = baked on bugs. I took my car here and there was no line. The staff were polite and directed me exactly where I needed to go. A quick trip through the wash and almost all the bugs were gone, only some of the... thickest... stains remained. Will definitely go back. read more

Uhh. Yeah. This car wash gets the job done - but be aware that it could wreck your car. The employees here forgot to tape my reverse car camera on my Prius. Thankfully it didn't get damaged, but I definitely think it could have. My Prius came out with the roof of my car somewhat dissembled - the rubber joint of the roof of my car was completely out & I had to stuff it back in. STOP YELLING AT ME!!! I go to Kaady Car Wash to get my car washed, not to be yelled at. I've been going to Kaady Car Wash for years. I work out of my car, I drive a lot, I wash my car about two to three times a month. I get so sick of the overly aggressive employees 'guiding' my car into the car wash. To the Owners and Policy Makers at Kaady Car Wash, STOP teaching the employees to push push push, yell yell yell. You are not going to lose that much money if one click goes by without a car in it. But, you will lose customers if you keep having your employees yell at them. The other day at the King City Kaady Car Wash, three, yes, three guys were standing at the car wash entrance yelling at me. They were seriously overly aggressive. Later, I came back to wash my car again, and the guy at the pay station was already starting with the pushy attitude. So, I turned around and left. Which his response was to bend over to look in my car and smile and wave bye. Yep, bye, you think you're being cute, but really you are just losing customers. Stop already. Enough.
