I was in a hurry afterward, so I paid, left a generous tip, and drove away. As soon as I got in the car, I noticed dust and grime still all over the dashboard, door panels, and interior trim. When I got home, I ended up redoing the entire inside myself because so much had been missed. This was the second chance I've given them, and unfortunately, the results were just as disappointing. Lesson learned. If you want the job done right, you'll probably have to stand there and constantly check what they're missing. I won't be using their detailing service again.

It was a hot day & he offered to take me to the coffee shop on the corner to hang out since they don't really have a waiting area indoors. The wash took about an hour and he also offered to pick me up to go get the van. If that isn't customer service, then I don't know what is. The staff I have worked with have always been professional and cordial to me when I have entered for a wash, and I have never experienced any issues with any damages, streaking, or a poor cleaning on my truck. Another thing that is offered at this wash are free vacuum cleaners as shown in the pictures. I have never experienced any issues finding an open position to park to utilize these and they work fairly well. Overall, I would definitely recommend this car wash if you are nearby the area and are looking for a cheaper wash/vacuum to clean out your vehicle.
