This place is as bad, or even worse than what other users here have said. Service here is a joke. Disengaged and rude front line employees. The worst burger I've had in the village (small, tough and tasteless). Very poor quality beef (they obviously don't source from the meat market right next to it). Long waits every time I've been there, and they usually mess up the order each time. This place only stays in business because of all the visitors that are attracted to Sawgrass Grove and do t know any better. The locals shun this place like the plague. read more

I had the All American double burger. It was $12.00. The Cheese Curds were good and they were $9.00. We brought our own drinks because they charge $4.00 for a soda which is in an extra small cup. You get free refills but with the long lines good luck. They don't even give you a tray or anything to carry the food to your table which is pretty cheap of them. People complain that it's loud in the food hall which it is but not enough to be distracting. We were able to talk using normal voice levels. (Not yelling) read more

At Sawgrass Grove and decided to have a meal at the indoor marketplace at Wiley's Original, a burger and chicken sandwich joint. Was craving a salad but worried about getting disappointed and was pleasantly surprised with the Chopped Salad with the grilled chicken added. This simple salad was fresh & CRISP as it should be. Was told salad dressings are homemade; the lemon vinaigrette was YUM! All American burger devoured by my husband tasted FRESH, TENDER and JUICY; flavorful and came with two patties on a brioche bun. 5 stars because food was great, although a tad pricey, (no fries included with burgers), very clean, friendly staff and trendy atmosphere! read more

I wonder why Willys has such low scoring reviews. I have eaten here many times , food is fresh cooked to order comes out hot, fries also fresh and they are tasty - I personally love the grilled chicken sandwich, always fresh moist and never disappoints . read more

Sorry, but what an underwhelming, ludicrously overpriced experience. Number one, charging $12-$15 for JUST a burger (no fries, drink included) means you better have a great goddamn product. Nope. The burger I got was probably frozen to start with but could not tell definitively because it was overcooked, I mean like barely edible overcooked. Number two, no amount of cheese, sauce, lettuce or tomatoes can make up for this cardinal sin. Had the burger been cooked perfectly, maybe worth $8. The price made it that much more unpalatable. Unfortunately for Sawgrass Grove, prices seem to be about 30% above where they should be for everything, which is getting tiresome here in #thevillages. It is no longer inflation, it is robbery around here. Definitely nowhere near compelling enough on the whole to go back and spend that kind of money. Stopped here for a lunch about a mom after they opened. As you see the menu posted. They have smash burgers along with chicken and a few other items. The fries are priced separately so s big higher than comparable places but they have double patties on the sandwich. Pretty darn tasty. Cooked to order and big enough to share if not too hungry. It is one place in the food court setting. So other choices from different restaurants. Nice and convenient read more

Right in the heart of Sawgrass. You can eat inside or sit outside and watch the entertainment. Food is cooked to order so takes a bit but it's fresh and hot. The service is counter service so keep that in mind you will have to sit inside or out. read more

Don't waste your time or money! We were at Sawgrass enjoying the entertainment and decided to go inside the market to order two hamburgers and fries at 5:58pm. We were told it would be 10-15 minutes until our order was ready and gave us a beeper. So far so good. At 6:20, my wife goes inside to check status of our order. They said it would be 10-15 more minutes. At 6:38, still no beep, so I go inside and ask the attendant if out order was ready. He said it would be another 10-15 minutes. At that point, I told him to cancel my order and give me a refund. He called his manager over to process the refund, she said they were busy and I shouldn't be so impatient on a busy night. (no one was standing in line) After her key wouldn't authorize a refund, another manager had to be called over. He gave me my money back and apologize. Stopped by Willy's today after golf for a light lunch. I ordered a Caesar salad with grilled chicken. The chicken was warm and tender. The Caesar lettuce was gritty, like it hadn't been properly rinsed. The salad components came in individual containers so for $14, you get to assemble your own salad. The dressing may have been one of the worst Caesar dressings I have ever had. Bottom line, nearly $20 for lunch of a salad( that you put together )and a drink. read more

I decided to give this place a second try....that was a mistake. I realize the food is prepared to order so one expects a bit of a wait. My first visit, the chicken sandwich took over 20 minutes and it certainly wan't very busy. Today, just wanted fries and a drink. After 30 minutes and having finished my drink I decided to cut my losses. When you can get it, the food is pretty good, but overpriced but the inability to handle orders within a reasonable length of time is a no for me. read more

Was there today. Food is terrible along with your service. Seems that nobody there knows what there doing. Waited 30 minutes for my food and order was not right. This is my second visit here. No change in service. It's slow, and the workers seem busy snacking, rather than getting orders out. They were polite, but that's about all. Expect a serious delay getting g your food. This time I tried the 'Big Willy' a very large hot dog with chili and crispy onions. They overcooked it in the deep fat fryer, I guess to make it easier for them. It was crispy half way through, and very salty. The chili sauce had beans in it, and tasted of vinegar. I have been looking forward to trying it. It is a major disappointment. In fact, despite being very hungry, I ate less than half of this over deep fat fries mess, and through the rest away. I'm am now going in search of something for lunch. Honestly, I won't be back to Willy's again. It's a lethal combo of very bad, and extremely slow service, and my Big Willy was vile. read more

Had the Willy's original hot dog today and trust me it was by far the worse hot dog I've ever eaten. Food quality was poor at best, dog very large but appeared to be very old, chili tasted like it was store bought from a can the bun was fresh though. Way over priced, even a Diet Coke fountain drink was $4.00 for maybe 12 once's not counting the $10 bucks for the terrible dog which went into the trash bin.
