I had previously really liked the Pool Bar Restaurant, but after my experience there yesterday, I don't think I will ever eat there again. I ordered the Cobb Salad. It arrived looking wonderful with nice chunks of turkey. I took a bite and also got some avocado that was very overripe. Took another bite, same thing, and then I realized there was no avocado! The turkey was as soft and mushy as an overripe avocado... it was absolutely disgusting and sickening! The server brought me a new salad made with chicken, instead of turkey & said the manager had been shown my salad. The manager did not bother to come speak with me. I was still upset and worried that I would be getting sick from the turkey, & called today to speak to the manager. He acknowledged that he should have come to the table & claimed there had been nothing wrong with the turkey beyond it had been sitting too long in brine.... I cannot imagine how many days sitting in brine it took to turn chunks of turkey breast into literal mush. read more

Drove over 30 minutes to try the BOGO burgers. Not sure it was worth the trip. I always assume "specials" are priced low (for what you get) to draw people in to try the place. There was just no wow factor in these burgers. Swiss muchroom burger had good flavor, but the burger itself was very small. They tried to hide it in an over sized bun. The bourbon burger had a funny taste, but same small burger. The coldslaw was a joke. Came in a plastic cup, with a lid and the cup was probably 1/3 of a measuring cup. TINY. The special drew me in, but it did not make a repeat customer out of me. $16 for one burger (out of the BOGO timing) is way over priced. read more

Food is pretty good. Service was good. Ambience is great, drink prices are great. It's a little loud at times and a little crowded, but definitely worth trying. read more

So the pool bar is really nice, and our waitress was awesome. The setting is very picturesque, and of course, they've got live music on the weekends. Their menu offers a nice selection of munchibles, such as, jalapeño poppers, wings, and hotdogs... did I mention those dogs can come wrapped in bacon (mmmm bacon). Yup, the food is perfect pool bar fare, and the only complaint is that the restrooms were a little messy. Seriously, if Yelp had a 4.5 rating I'd be more inclined to go with that one. read more

Great place with an amazing staff. Food is excellent, especially for a casual outdoor venue. My one complaint is that they replaced the Beyond Burger with a very mediocre black bean burger. I got my carnivore friends to try the Beyond and they all were impressed. Some even ordered it on subsequent visits. It might have sold better if they had it on the menu (???). Beyond is vegan so I don't get the switch. I'll keep coming back because everything else is great. read more

Great Service, Excellent Food & Fair Prices. Also, there is live music/entertainment at certain times of the week. My wife and I enjoy eating at the Pool Bar after playing a round of golf. We have eaten there numerous times and have consistently been pleased with the service and the food. June 2020. Everyone in masks and gloves. Manager continuously making it clean. Outdoor. Food was really good. Taco Tuesday had fish tacos and after requesting they made it grilled fish rather than fried. They also have a special Tuesday on the margaritas. Sundays i love the 2-4-1 burgers. I like the mushroom swiss. Rueben was great. My post covid place to go and hope they keep it up. read more
