I attempted to leave as I thought I would need more change, but was stopped by the very cute and pushy Indian lady looking out for the satisfaction and well-being of her customers. She found me a bigger machine that would fit all of my dirty-nasties for $2.75 and it did the job! Most of all, I like a place that offers to dry your clothes for free. Will be coming back for sure. Best thing about it is you can add money to your wash card using debit/credit...makes life easier when you're a little broke and want to charge your laundry.

Was turned away once when my husband and I came in the evening even though the sign said last wash…read morewasn't for another 30 mins so we were pretty disappointed. Came back to give it another try since it's close by but won't be back in the future. Half of the machines were broke and even the ones that were supposed to be working didn't seem to. One of the loads we started the water spilled in gallons out of the bottom for lack of a good seal. When we made the girl working there aware she didn't seem to be in any rush to help. She laid two towels over the water (which didn't make any kind of difference compared to the amount of water on the ground) and put up a caution sign. There was at least an inch of water on the floor. Then she didn't put up a sign or anything to say it wasn't working and another lady almost tried to use it but I warned her not to. It wasn't until the owner (I assume he was) came by almost an hour later did it get mopped up. It seems that this was a common issue because there were towels bunched up on the other aisle below other washers as well. Inside was very hot.

I go every week and they've never lost or damaged anything (ok, maybe one or two ankle socks). For the price and servce, it's outatanding. They have everything folded and ready for pickup within 24 hours. Keep in mind, items are washed in hot H2O and dryers. I seperate loads at home for them. I'm sure they appreciate that. If the owner doesn't want to close at 11pm, he should simply change his bussiness hours and close early and quit complaining about closing at 11pm or people coming at 9:30pm, when the business sign says, last wash is at 9:30pm.
