Anyways, I don't enjoy deep tissue or heavy massages but I kept thinking while he was massaging "the foot part is coming I'm sure" ... it never did. It was a good massage but not what I had expected. Checking out is when I realized I was given the 70 dollar deep tissue instead of the 48 dollar foot massage. I did express my disappointment/ confusion and they took off 9 dollars. She is incredibly knowledgable about anatomy and massage techniques, and worked on all the problem areas. She explained all the reasons my pain arose in the first place, and knew exactly what to work on to alleviate it. I really experienced a lot of pain relief. She gave me some "homework" to do like stretching and fascial release techniques that has been helping a lot.
