I was apprehensive, expecting the "oh but, we must charge this fee, or that doesn't include this" speech. However everything was just as promised. I went to Wilmington RV to discuss my personal situation. Never got to do that because the guy working there was very rude and acted like he wanted to get rid of me as fast as possible. Did not get a name, but it was today, Jan. 3rd at around 2 pm. So whoever was working at that time treated me like a second class citizen and village idiot. This place only wants to deal (apparently) with people who know exactly what they want and can pay in cash today. Somebody needs to tell these people, esp. this individual, that buying large ticket items is not like buying a pack of gum at the convenient store. Therefore, selling said items is not that way either. Only go here if you want to be treated like an ATM. read more

I purchased with cash a brand new 2016 RV from Matt and 2 weeks later it sits in a repair shop gutted and getting repaired under factory (not dealer) warranty for water leaks and extensive wood rot and mold contamination. Bottom line is :Matt either did not do a PDI (Pre Delivery Inspection) or he did and knew that he was selling me a damaged unit that would not be his responsibility once I signed the dotted line, thanks to the manufacturers one year warranty. There is no excuse either way, so do beware. Please always demand a walk through and do an inspection yourself before you buy. I had no worries and thought I was safe, since this was a new 2016 RV that had only sat on the lot for 4 months. The first night I camped in it the water pump would come on "mysteriously", so I asked Matt about it the next day and he said, just turn the pump on when you are using the water, then turn it off; don't leave it running. I know now that this was a sure sign of a water leak, and apparently any person selling RVs would have known that too. Not surprisingly, when I called Matt to report water dripping from under my camper, he suggested I just find the leak, tighten any loose connections, and wipe up the water because this was a normal "shake-down" that all new campers experience when they hit the road and are subject to bumps. When I searched for the leak and discovered mold, water pooling and wood falling apart I was beside myself and said that I would call Aliner because this wasn't normal at all. I never heard from Matt again. Shameful. I'm sharing my unbelievable and depressing experience in the hopes that my review will help others avoid a similar fate. I should perhaps also mention I was a single female buyer, and in retrospect feel I had a target painted on my forehead. Nevertheless, such unethical behavior I have rarely found in my life (thank goodness), but I will be "on my toes", sadly, from here on out. read more

We purchased an A-frame from Wilmington RV after having priced the model at numerous dealers. Wilmington RV had the best price and was the easiest to deal with via email. Matt was prompt in responding and straight forward. We drove to Wilmington to pick up our trailer. Wilmington RV specializes in light weight trailers and carries numerous brands. There is a large inventory on site. Matt spent an hour going over the different features of the trailer. He has great sense of humor and knows the trailers inside and out. It was a great experience.
