Not once did they call me to give me a quote, when they originally said they would call with a quote within 2 days. I had to call, the quote was $60 for a deep take apart cleaning, I made sure I repeated the deep cleaning, they said yes. Again no phone call, we had to call several times for several days to see if it was ready. When we picked it up, it looked untouched. They tried to blame it on me that I didn't give them enough time, when I clearly checked the time frame before I even brought it to them. Then said if they had more time they could have done a deep cleaning. That is not what was told to me the several different times I specifically asked. DO NOT use this place EVER! They lie, they are rude and unprofessional and I will do all I can to make sure no one ever goes there. If they had a negative star option, I would give it NEGATIVE STARS!!

Lastly, he charged a very reasonable price originally, but then he realized that he accidentally charged me for the wrong thing (I'm not going to get into specifics, just trust that this was a complicated issue, so this mistake was completely understandable), and after realizing this, he refunded me HALF of what I thought was already a perfectly reasonable price. I feel like I just unintentionally robbed this man, but if I ever have any issues whatsoever with my PCs or Mac, I will 100% be taking my business back to him.

We asked about leaving a deposit, but they had us sign a work ticket with a minimum price on it. Once they diagnosed the computer, they called with a final/total price and got approval before proceeding with the repair. We left the computer with them, and they called the next day with the diagnosis and the price. They had to replace the solid state drive. We told them Go and it was the next day when they called to tell us it was ready. The laptop was fixed within 48 hours. There is not a traditional storefront. It is a house they are working out of, but it is definitely a business. They aren't just working out of their garage or anything. Highly recommended. Hopefully we won't need them again, but I wouldn't hesitate to go back.
