She has beautiful brick floors that are not very forgiving to dropped electronics. I was hoping when I bent down to pick it up it wouldn't be, but it was, in fact, shattered. Sob. It was still functional but difficult to read anything on and I was a little worried about getting glass in my fingers. My battery has also been acting up. I'll have 60 percent battery life and then 10 minutes later it'll say 1 percent battery life left and die. WTF? I walked in to iFix Plus and the nice man working there assured me he could fix it and change the battery. In an hour. For $120. Sweet! When I returned to pick it up he informed me the white replacement screen that he had wasn't working on my phone and wanted to know if it was ok to switch it with a black one. I really like my white screen so I said I'd prefer for it to stay that color if possible. He said he could do that, but it would take him another few hours. Sigh. iFix Plus also sells cases, screen protectors and chargers for all devices, not just iPhones. All in all I was really happy with the price, quality and service here and I'd recommend them if you're in need of repairs or accessories for your phone.

Every time they were able to fix my phone in less than an hour. With no problem and no hassle. I totally recommend this repair place and it's a great location. They claimed they never encounter this problem, and said they always install third party screens. Per what I later learned from the second store, the New Orleans store's feedback further proofs they purposely charge me a full price genuine iPhone screen, while fully aware they only have a cheaper third party screen in stock to use. Clearly, this is fraud.

I actually Was talking on the phone as I brought it in for repair, and the sensor was working, After the the repair the sensor wasn't working and they wanted to charge me another $60 to fix it. They do not stand behind their work I would not recommend a store to anyone.

The staff are friendly, and they always have whatever battery I have been needing (car fob remotes mostly). They are a little pricey sometimes. I could get the batteries cheaper online, but sometimes it is worth the extra cost to get the batteries right away rather than waiting for shipping.
