He came in already complaining about having to do this job. He looked at the dryer and did IDK what! He hit something inside of the dryer; sparks went flying and smoke came billowing out. We had to open doors and windows to air out the house. Remind you this is December! 30° outside. Then he asked how do we clean the vents (dryer duct) that lead to the outside of the house? My father has cleaned the vents himself for the past 30 plus years and we have NEVER had any problems! This grumpy guy instantly started trash talking my father saying he doesn't know what he is doing or that my father is not doing it right. The grumpy old guy said we needed someone professional to clean out our vents. Well get your facts right dude before trashing people; my dad is professional! Long story made longer.... the guy did not have the part to fix our dryer. It cost us 200$ and 6 days later for him to come back out to "fix" our dryer. our dryer STILL DOES NOT WORK. The "repair man" said we could buy another part for an additional 200$. After 200$ almost 400$, no thank you. We do not want your TRASH work. We are going today to buy a dryer that WORKS. Why should people have to put up with that? You pay money, the dryer still does not work, and you get a rude lazy guy doing the work. Not professional at all!
