Took my 2019 GMC in for a service engine soon light. Next day received a call saying it needed a ECM and a fuse block, Having a mechanical background I questioned why it needed both. Upon further talking with the service advisor and the so called Tech he told me he was 99 percent sure it was the ECM and not the fuse block. Total for both was 1700.00 dollars and 1119.95 for the ECM. Told them if he felt sure the ECM would fix it to go ahead. Next day I received a call and said my truck was ready but still had a check engine light with the same diagnostic code. Upon questioning they advised me to swap out the fuse block in my wifes truck with mine since she has a truck identical to mine. Found out then they were parts swapping and had no clue. Paid the 1119.95 which I had to to get my truck and took it to LOVE GMC. Next day I received a call saying what diagnostic fees would be and told them to go ahead. Received a call a little later that week and was told I needed a fuel pump control module. Nowhere near a ECM or fuse block. When asked if they were sure the answer was an immediate YES. Called next day and said my truck was ready with no issues. If Wilsons will do this to one, I wonder how many times this happens to people who do not know any better. I now tell every one I know about my adventure with them and have the paper work to back it up if they want to see it. Never, ever again. Also my truck was fixed at LOVE far cheaper than what Wilsons quoted for throwing parts at it. read more

We are not customers only because we don't live in the area ... but driving home from vacation we got a flat tire and pulled into the dealership. Even though we were driving a Toyota and were not current or past customers, two sales men helped us change our tire. Very friendly place read more

Rude people. They are very very pushy. Tried to take advantage of us. What they was advertising the car as online was not the correct information once we got there. They will say the car has less miles than what's actually on the vehicle. Please pay close attention when dealing with this company. read more

My experiences with Wilson has been great. I bought my Tahoe there brand new. When the vehicle is due for a service, I call and make an appointment. I always show up 15 minutes early to let the engine cool off a little. After about an hour, the service is done and I am rolling down the road. My visits have always been awesome. DONT DO IT ESPECIALLY IF YOUR WOMEN I went looking at a Suburban that was listed when i got there i was greeted by Donny he was nice and easy going at first but i did notice he didnt offer a handshake and didnt even make eye contact he starred at his shoes when he would talk to me. I get him having anxiety it made me anxious being around him but i just thought maybe he was going through something and had anxiety or he was new anyway i looked passed the unprofessionalism because im a very understanding person, but that should have been my first signal to run when i look back! Now i decided i wanted the Suburban so he collected my info and started running my info with bank ( which i was told would only be 3 and ended up being 5) this dropped my credit score like crazy 5 inquiries im one day! So after a few hours we were still waiting for better offers i had to leave so i told Donny to call me when he got word , well i got a call the next day actually like 20 in a row when i finally could answer it was Donny he said the bank came through for ya come down and sign this paper work so you can take your car home today so i asked him the details of the loan like the terms well he said come down here we'll talk about it here but i didnt want to drive 45 mins without knowing terms i didnt know if i would get there and hear some crazy terms that i didnt agree with and just waste my time and turn around and leave anyway so i presisted for him to tell me over the phone so he transferred me to his manager , Lonny answered was very rude with me and treated me like he thought he was superior to me he said the bank needed income verification ok I told him Donny just said i was approved and to come sign papers which is which? Thats when he got irritated and started using sarcastic tones so i cut off communication. So a day later Donny sends me a text messages tells me the bank is waiting for my income verification he also said they already approved me and hava a much better rate but he cant disclose it to me untill he gets income verification so iam curious he makes the deal sound too good to pass up so i again against my better judgement i send him income verification. So he sent the income verification over now in this process that we're waiting to hear back from the bank maybe a few hours i get another text message from Donny saying that the Suburban sold ( remind you this is the vehicle that i had gotten an approval for from the bank) but not to worry they can get me another one! I couldn't believe the lack of professionalism and morals how do you sell a vehicle out from somebodies feet, Donny assured me this is policy and hes only following policy and procedure! Well if its policy its immoral how do you run someones credit to the ground by having all kinds of banks check thier credit only to sell the car that the banks checked their credit to finace that particular vehicle for? Like policy or not this is shady, unprofessional, and immoral oh and integrity lets not go there! My story isnt over! I got a call from Donny this morning telling me i was approved for a Chevy Traverse i said oh ok i didnt want, apply, or even drive a Chevy traverse so were the heck are you getting a traverse from so you already sold The Suburban so now i get a consultation prize of a Chevy Traverse which im not intrested in! So i tell Donny to transfer me to his manager becuase im not sure why im still getting calls about a car i did not even apply for well the manager comes on the line and i recognize his vocie its Lonny the rude one i delt with a day before he said he was calling to tell you that you can get the traverse since the Suburban was sold i explained to him I wasn't intrested he said well have you even looked it at you should come and check it out I told him i want a Suburban thats what i agreed for my credit to be checked for and with the bank not a traverse he sounded very irrated that i wouldn't even give it a second look and and again was very rude so i told him not intrested have a nice day! Terrible terrible customer service in the service department. First oil change took 3! Days. They did give us a loaner, 2nd service, not much better. I will not purchase another vehicle from this company. Living over an hour away and getting this type of service, no more! read more

We arranged with salesperson Larry 24 hours in advance to test drive and potentially purchase a vehicle. We also spoke with Larry two hours prior to arriving to advise him of our estimated arrival time. After traveling 6 hours, we arrived at the dealership to find that the vehicle was not ready. While waiting to test drive the vehicle that was not ready, we were able to her another customer's confidential, personal information including partial social security number and income loudly discussed two cubicles away. After waiting for the "oil to be changed" it was discovered that the vehicle had a major oil leak and engine problems and was never even fit to be advertised for sale. Once Larry discovered the sale could not be made, he was instantly unavailable and moved on to another customer without so much as an apology. The entire transaction was mishandled from service department, sales , and management. This vehicle is still advertised on the website for sale and should not be. Caution any potential buyers to look closely at this dealership before making a purchase. read more

emailed about a truck they had. expressed concerns about not being able to finance something with high miles. was told miles was not a problem. filled out a credit app. online. once it was reviewed was told everything was good to go. only item left was to look at my trade. I drove an hour to get there. after waiting for an hour they told me they couldn't finance the truck I wanted because it had to many miles. They then tried to switch me to another truck. The manager also gave me a trade value 3,000 less than other dealers. claiming I had a brake problem. So no deal. I drove an hour back home. Had my brakes checked by a dealer. Dealer found no problems with my brakes. Be very careful with this dealership. They wasted 3 hrs of my time. read more
