Austin you really showed out with this one!! The entire staff's customer service was very welcoming, accommodating and hospitable. Now, let me just say...the transaction had its moments but with a little patience...(okay, a lot of patience actually on both sides) it all came together. So thank yall for my christmas/new years present *Hey Siri, play Let it All Work Out by Lil Wayne* --UPDATED EXPERIENCE-- From my original review I have an update and highly recommend you do not utilize this dealership. They do not honor their word nor do they disclose when they negligently damage parts on your vehicle. In addition to not wanting to reimburse in a timely manner when they promise to do so. Thank you for showing your true colors as salesman and businessman and I hope more people see the lack of honesty and disservice you all provide. Communication and upholding your word could have avoided all of this but you all decided to lie to your client. If you decide to uphold your promise and pay for the undisclosed defects that you all were aware of in my vehicle then we can have a discussion but until then have a blessed day! :)

I called and spoke to the service dept and asked if they could look at an electrical issue. He told me they could but not till the following monday. I dropped my jeep off 2 days early and every time I called, they had their guy on a different vehicle. I asked for a new key to be cut, an estimate on a rear axle seal, and look at my emergency brake....nothing was done in six weeks. I was leaving to move to florida, gave them weeks notice when I needed the jeep back. The day before I needed to pick the jeep up, they decided to take the jeep apart. Service manager asked me to leave it and he would take care of me. I had to drive 12 hour round trip and rent a trailer to come pick my jeep up, paid full price for what they had done and was just told sorry. I will not be back, I do not recommend and they was given the opportunity to make this right. It is now at another shop to get repaired and now I wait again.

They were fair and easy to work with, and when other dealerships wouldn't honor their word on an offer, JTs AutoLand was able to deliver and gain a happy customer. Sold my leased Lexus to the dealership for the offered KBB instant cash price. Everything checked out and they were happy to do business. I was able to get in and out pretty quick and they were super friendly, even though I wasn't purchasing anything on the lot. Would definitely recommend these guys and would be back to do business again!

    We visited JT Autoland after seeing a car listed online for $17,900. It seemed like a good deal, so…read morewe stopped by to check it out. But once we arrived, the truth came out fast. They tried to add an $799 GPS fee and another $799 tracking device fee -- two unnecessary add-ons totaling nearly $1,600. These charges were never disclosed online on the posting itself. We expected normal costs like doc and tag fees, but these were clearly inflated and misleading. Even worse, because we were paying cash, they told us we'd have to pay an additional $1,000 (which made the price 18,990 before any fees or taxes). That was shocking. Why penalize someone for not financing? If anything, a cash buyer should be getting a discount -- not a surcharge. We've bought many cars from many bigger and better dealerships and never had to pay GPS/Tracking fees. Even before talking numbers, we went on a test drive. When going on a test drive, the sales rep didn't even scan or check our drivers license before letting us test drive the vehicle, which I'm assuming isn't their policy. After seeing how they operated, we were ready to walk away and had already made it clear we were done with the deal. As we were leaving, the salesperson came back with a new offer. We responded with a final counteroffer -- just $700 less than what they proposed -- and that's when everything blew up. Out of nowhere, the sales manager with a lazy eye stormed over and aggressively yelled at us to leave the store. He shouted and screamed at us for even offering $700 less and acted like a troublesome individual It was a deeply unprofessional and shocking outburst. We never raised our voices, never disrespected anyone -- we simply made a standard counteroffer and were already in our car trying to leave before the salesman came out in the first place. Wanting to give them a chance to explain, we spoke with the General Manager over the phone. Who did apologize and asked us to consider coming back. When asked what can we do to resolve this issue over the phone he stated that "we are really busy and like taking care of business in person," there was not a single costumer sitting down in that dealership when we were there. When we asked for the name of the manager who yelled at us, the GM refused to provide it and stated that they could not do that coldly ended the conversation by hanging up the phone. After the whole situation, we checked Yelp -- and of course, this dealerships has a 2.4-star rating. Now it all makes sense. Multiple reviews describe the exact same rude behavior, and a lack of transparency. This dealership lures people in with low online prices, then loads on undisclosed fees, especially if you're paying cash. And if you push back to slightly negotiate? Prepare to be insulted. Never ever have we had a dealership disrespect us and we have bought from many bigger and higher named dealerships before. We left feeling disrespected and misled. There are plenty of honest dealerships out there. This isn't one of them.

    My family has purchased several vehicles from this location because we had had good experiences in…read morethe past, but we will no longer be doing business with them after our last experience. This location has unfortunately been going downhill within the past few years. We took one of our cars to be serviced and were told we couldn't get an appointment until months out. By the time we got the appointment our car had to be towed to the location. I called the front desk person before the vehicle was to picked up and after it had been dropped off. I also made sure to give all the detailed information I thought they would need. A month goes by and I don't hear back from them, so I call for updates on the repairs only to be told they "lost my car." Apparently for a whole month they had "misplaced" the car and had not worked on it since. We never got an apology or proper explanation regarding the situation. I had to ask to speak to the manager, (something I don't normally do), about this pretty serious situation to prevent it from happening to others. I expressed my concern to the manager and overall his response was deflecting, defensive, and he pretty much just blamed the towing company without taking accountability. Additionally, the front desk representative always seemed lost/confused and would give misinformation every time I called as if she didn't really know what was going on, so it was very difficult to get any type of updates. We ended up picking the car back up and declining to get it serviced after the whole ordeal. We never got an apology and still had to pay a fee in order for the car to be released. They also seem to be understaffed and perhaps that is the reason for the lack of organization.
