Read this before you buy a vehicle from this dealership!!!!! On December 27, 2023, I purchased a 2019 Camaro SS from Lugoff Chevrolet GMC Buick. I had test driven the vehicle the night previously and decided to purchase the car. The day I bought the car I did not leave the dealership until 8:00. As I got onto the highway, I noticed that the tire light was on, and all the tires were low. About halfway home the gas light turned on, but I was told that they would fill the tank before I brought it home. By the time I reached the gas station there were roughly 6-10 miles left until it was empty. When I got home, I noticed the smell of burning oil. The following morning when I started the vehicle, I noticed smoke coming from the exhaust. By the time I had reached the end of my road I noticed a large cloud of smoke in the entire area. When I got home, I checked the oil level, and it was barely touching the dipstick. If I had continued to drive the car the motor would have seized. I brought the car back to the dealership and was told the previous owner said it was because of the cam which was the first time I had even heard of this. I took his answer but in the back of my mind I knew it was incorrect and there could only be 2 possible reasons to explain this. 1 being the valve guides and 2 being the piston rings. I took the car back to the dealership again bringing my wife this time to have them look at it and leave it with them. The service manager told me "The oversized cam in it was causing too much vacuum and it was pulling through the intake valve." His idea to fix this was to put an oil catch can on it. I was speechless after he had told me this and I stated, "you don't think it could be the valve guides or the piston rings?" And he responded with no. It took at least 2 weeks for me to get ahold of the dealership to find out the car had not been touched. I called the dealership to let them know that they needed to take the car back because it burns oil. I was told by the sales manager that they were not going to take it back. I told him that they had sold me a lemon. He asked which car so that he could investigate it, as soon as I gave him the info he said "That car has been smoking since it came on the lot and that you should have noticed. We also had to put a transmission in your truck, so you sold me a lemon, so we are even." After 2 weeks of no communication, I called the dealership to talk to the GM and was forwarded to the service manager. He informed me that the can had been installed but the vehicle did not have a lot of gas in it, so he wanted me to come pick up the car to put gas in it and drive it around to see if his repair was the solution. I told him that it was his responsibility to ensure that the car was repaired and no longer burning oil. His response to me was "I do not have the availability to do that, and I will not do that." read more

We looked at a vehicle and we quoted a price told him we wanted to look at another dealerships truck and then come back when we came back. They told us they were going up $2000 on the price because we left and came back. We could not get straight answers from the dealership on anything, they are extremely shady. I highly suggest you take your business to a reputable dealership that will be honest and upfront with you and not penalize you for shopping around the same day because your price will change within this place. Spoke to online sales lady about a vehicle they were showing online. We drove 2 hours to find out it was a salvaged title and control arm was obviously broke and unsafe for a test drive. Rahmik was amazing! From the moment I called the dealership he was extremely respectful and courteous. He answered all of my questions in a timely manner and always called back right away if he didn't have the answer to a question. I told him I was a single parent living in Lexington and didn't have anyone else to meet me to drive the truck back. Rahmik then drove the truck all the way to Lexington and had one of his coworkers pick him up. Even after I purchased my truck he called to check up on me to see how it was driving. I had a repair to be done after the purchase and he ensured the service department work with my schedule. brought vehicle in for a factory recall for a door switch, they broke both of my door panels in two places, will not admit they even took my panels off but, was clearly explained when the vehicle was dropped off that their tech would "remove the panel, check the part number on the switch, cross reference that with their recall list and if needed order and install the new switch. picked my vehicle up after the inspection, and my door panels are broken. worst customer service i have ever experinced anywhere. the two incomptent guys in the bay simple wanted to argue with me about the fact the door panels were not removed and they just checked my vin number ( thats why they had my vehicle from 9:30-2:00) just checking your number. worst customer service. go see them if you want to be treated like your stupid. And best part is still had the audacity to ask to install the door switch. Yeah you can touch my vehicle again after you clearly show no responsibility for damage.
