Every question and concern I had were answered and explained in detail. Estimate was discussed and final bill was close but actually less than I expected. I initially just dropped by to discuss my needs and made an initial appointment for an annual vehicle inspection. Upon my return visit following their initial inspection I was informed of necessary repairs and estimated cost were discussed. I was offered an appointment a few days later to drop my vehicle off in the evening and the Service advisor called me early the next afternoon reporting repairs were all completed as well as an oil change I requested. When I picked up the car I was informed of an ongoing issue that needs to be paid attention to at this time and told this will require future repair but isn't absolutely necessary at this time. I felt my bill was very reasonable, service was very prompt and my overall experience with this shop was great. I hope to be a regular customer for all my automobile needs and recommend them highly. I would give them more than five stars if it was available
