Just good factual information and answered all our questions. The installers were prompt as scheduled and went right to work. They are employees of Your Floors and not subbed out as Lowe's does. They removed all the heavy furniture and pulled up the existing carpet. The work took a whole day and they replaced the furniture and cleaned up and vacuumed everywhere. I've used other companies including Lowe's in the past. I would definitely use Your Floors again.

Following day, I called him with a couple questions, leaving a V/M. **No call back. Emailed the admin, who said she would have him call me. **I never received a call back. Perhaps he didn't like my questions, but regardless of the answer I may have received from them, I had already planned on hiring them. They seemed professional and while they were a bit pricier than other estimates I received, I had felt confident in my choice. **Unfortunately, with no return call from the company, I have no choice but to NOT contract with them and to look elsewhere.
