Stopped here to get my oil changed and to have this noise checked out. My appointment was at 8 am. I arrived at 8:09 am. I didn't know where to go. I pulled into the bay and was greeted by a young man. I apologized for being late and he assured me it was ok. He looked up my appointment and then directed me to my maintenance manager. I spoke to him and he told me it shouldn't take longer than an hour and would let me know what they found with the noise. About 45 minutes later, he spoke to me and informed me they found nothing and that everything looked good. I agreed to have my wipers changed. And about another 10 minutes, I was paying and walking out. The service was quick. I felt informed, respected, and heard. I am grateful that I found this location. I will use them again. read more

Terrible experience. Took my 2018 ford explorer in for a recall replacement for rear suspension. Car was working perfectly fine. Got my car back and the horn doesn't work. Dillon who really didn't seem to want to look at the car on a Saturday said it would cost me $450 to repair something their team broke. Now I'm fighting to get them to do the right thing. They have shuttle service and vehicle delivery service which saves a person trying to find rides. My service seemed reasonably priced and was done in a fairly timely manner. A part needed to be ordered, but still fairly quick service. Would take my car to them again read more

The technician looked up my car by vin # and found the error code which caused my alarm system to fail. When he told me it was my tailgate I was able to find my mat was causing the alarm to go off. I moved the mat and the problem was solved. read more

I took my vehicle here through insurance, they gave it back to me with the engine light on saying it's not their problem, when I got it diagnosed by third party, I called them back and politely explained the situation with Terry from the service department and he became very rude and hung up on me, so I went in and tried to show them the proof of their mistake and their reply was that they refuse to work on my vehicle from now on. The insurance company continued to reach out to Terry from the service department and he would not answer so I took it to hemlock auto&alignment and they immediately were able to tell me what this ford dealership did wrong and were very helpful in getting insurance to cover this mistake made by the ford dealership, which was over $1000 in damage. read more

So I had a small issue with the tailgate on my Ford Ranger. I was directed to the body shop for help. The body shop manager Terry helped right away. He grabbed a mechanic and they fixed the problem, no charge. He didn't delegate, he helped out. Not a lot of managers like that left. read more

My credit score was pulled twice! When I asked Jenelle why my score was pulled twice, she said that is not possible. When I sent her a screenshot of my credit report that clearly shows her company on there twice, her response was "I don't know?". Drove over an 1.5 hours one way because Jenelle said she would be able to help get out of my current car on the phone. Once I arrived it was a different story. I did not leave with a car and her advice for me to get out of my current loan was to put on a helmet and hit a tree. Update 6/25/19 I noticed a reply to my review. I called the dealership... twice. The first time I left a voicemail with Chad Wilson, never heard anything back. Second time I spoke with Chad's brother who said he would give my information to Chad and he would give me a call. They contacted me about ending my lease early. I'm half hour away so I was very clear that it wouldn't be worth it if they couldn't stay close to my current payment. (I'm at $274 and not done until September). They assured me they could get close. Got there and they gave me the run around for an hour , I kept telling them price was the only thing that mattered. fINALly got a price lowest was $80! More a month!!!!! read more

I also was send on the run around from this dealership and they refuse to fix my problem after sending me on the run around there are very serious attitude problem with this dealership made my experience of getting a car terrible and after that they seem to want to laugh in your face the only honest person I met was Sonya Please check everything they will sell you something broke claim they will fix it waiting on parts then tell you they won't fix it after sending you on the run around for months. Bought a 16 Ford Focus with 25,000 miles from them that was certified pre owned. Was having problems 12 hours after I bought it. My saleswoman Janelle was not helpful and neither was Eric the used car manager. Clearly they didn't inspect this car up to fords standards. My daughter and son-laws van had the axle break while driving to upper Michigan on !-75. They had the van towed to this dealership. She had 4 kids in the car the youngest being 2 months old. They were going to have to rent a van for 4 days at $90 a day if they were unable to fix it right away. Of course this was a Friday. I don't know how these guys did it but they replaced the axle, a tire (from rubbing), and fixed a recall on the van in less than 2 hours while we played at Chucky Cheeses with all the kids. Jessie in customer service and the mechanics in the back are our hero's. Unbelievable customer service from Jessie. We made it up North and had a wonderful weekend thanks to this wonderful team. I can not say enough about the service we received. Highly recommend them. read more
