Extremely frustrating experience with them. I recently purchased a used vehicle from them, within months I had a major issue with the power steering. Thousands of dollars later I was told the issue is fixed and within a month I was experiencing the same power steering issues. I bring the car back in to be told there was further issues that were "found with the initial repair" but never brought to my attention and they blamed an employee who conveniently didnt work there anymore. To top it all off this next repair is to cost multiple thousands as well and as a "our bad" they offered next to nothing in help. DO NOT trust these guys read more

I did not buy my car here but I've taken it here multiple times since it's the only one close to me and almost every time i've had issues. Their customer service is not the best and they are not very polite either. They always sound so annoyed whenever I call them. The older lady that sits at the front is rude and was not very respectful either. They've kept my car for way longer than they should've when they said it would be something quick and easy and so so sooo much more that I've always brushed off but today is where i draw the line and have to leave a review. They picked up my car from my job around 9:30 am to run some recall tests. I had a missed call and returned the call on my lunch at 1:00 pm. They had advised me that everything came back good and they were just about ready to drop it off again at my workplace. I got off of work at 3:45 pm and saw my car was not in the parking lot. I called them and asked them where my car was (i've had it returned to the WRONG location in the past and I had to go looking for my car after work). They said they were waiting for someone to come back from break to come and return it. I told him it had been 3 hours since they had told me that. He had no response, just apologized and said they would get it to me as soon as they could. Gave me an estimate of 20 minutes. I'm still sitting at my job waiting for my car, 20 minutes pass by, 30 minutes pass by, 40 minutes pass by and that's when i see them coming around the corner. I totally understand things get busy sometimes but this is just so ridiculous and inconvenient when it happens so freaking often. I had things to do today after work and now i had to cancel those appointments and reschedule because you really never know what to expect from logan ford wilson other than a sour crew, bad service and time taken from you. read more

I took my Focus in with a temp Guage going to hot but after changing the instrument cluster, computer, and water pump they finally found a shorted wire. 1200.00 dollars and several weeks without my car they finally got it fixed. They did supply me with a loaner car.​ read more

A bit disappointed. I shopped around before deciding to purchase a 2016 Ford Explorer from this location. I was traveling for business and I also do not live close to this location however the vehicle was nice and priced good so I decided to give them a shot. I completed all the paperwork requested well in advance of my arrival with the expectations that all I needed to do was sign the documents and be on my way since I had an 8 hour drive to get home. I had to fly in to Utah to collect this car and as a huge plus they did send a driver collect me which was a 30-40 min drive. Upon arriving the car was dirty and not ready even though they knew I was on my way. They also did not provide me with a completed inspection sheet which I had to ask for. Once I got the inspection sheet I noticed that it was indicated that the tires needed to be replaced. I then had to wait an additional 2+ hours for the wash and tire change. These two items could and should have been done well before I arrived. Because I had now had my departure time extended which was not expected I will take it as my fault for not throughly checking the vehicle as I should have. Once I got the car home I had time to sit down and learn the vehicle I realized the dome lights did not work properly nor did this vehicle have navigation which I was told it did have. Unfortunately its my word against theirs on if the car had navigation or not so that is my fault for not initially checking. As a FYI I would have done this at the dealer however the salesman indicated he was not knowledgable on the features or how to use the features on the SUV. The dome light I had to take to another Ford Dealer for programing and I had to pay $105 which they stated this should have been caught if the Wilson Motor would have done a proper full inspection. They (the other Ford Dealer) also stated the sheet that I got for the inspection done was incomplete. As a side note this vehicle also had no user manual which I accepted yet it is still disappointing that it was not included with a fairly new vehicle. read more

All I can say is wow... Took my brand new Super Duty into get warranty work done on my door handles. Came out with a damaged window and all four door handles chipped (which of course they denied.) A month later, I still have door latches that won't lock / unlock properly.. sometimes my drivers door won't even stay shut. Chad Ricks got involved, made a bunch of promises that he couldn't live up to. Luckily after I contacted Ford, customer service handled the painting of the handles. Still to this day, my latches dont work properly. read more

Where to start with this dealership,almost a year I ago went here to get my washer fluid pumped fixed and they wouldn't do anything to help me out in my situatuon. Granted I bought my car somewhere else but even then they wouldn't honor the entended warranty I had along with my car. Both the manger and service team were absolutely horrible when it came to customer service so I vowed to never come to this place ever again. Now about two days agos I was in dire need for oil change and didn't want to drive down to the brigham. Ford for a oil change so I thought I'd give this place another shot. WORST DECISION EVER!!!! I called ahead to make sure that they had a spot open for me and they saod that they were free all the way up til Monday....I come to find out once I get there that they are actually booked all the way up until Tuesday....like c'mon! I really wanted to give them my business but its like they are purposly trying to give themselves a bad reputation. Its ridiculous to me how bad this dealership is. I would suggest to anyone to make the effort to drive half an hour to brigham for a better all around service and team. read more

Reviews are such a crap shoot, here is one you should actually read. I looked at multiple trucks at both Wilson locations, frequently showing up near closing time and was treated great EVERY single time. Being in Customer service myself it's easy to know when you're getting 100% of someone and I feel that I got that experience. They also got me financing better than I could find myself. The paperwork was effortless. The sales process was comfortable. Hey guess what. There were a few things on the truck that weren't perfect. Couple things I wish weren't there.. but you know what, I bough a USED car! I don't have unrealistic expectations. They did an amazing job detailing it. Easiest Car Purchase Ever Saw a vehicle we like on the internet, spoke with Zach and talked about it a bit, so we drove from Sandy to Logan. We arrived in Logan just at closing time for them. Test drove the vehicle, came to an agreement on price in minutes (we had done our home work and knew the value). Final paperwork with finance person and out the door. 2 hours to purchase and exit. this was my first visit to a dealership! i've heard the horror stories about dealerships but this was going to be different. i have a 2015 f-150. i was there to take care of some recalls. it was late february,and there was an update to the adaptive cruise control. they made there updates and away i go. early march, i take it out on the freeway and it can't find cruise control. it was working perfectly before i dropped it off. i finally get around rescheduling in june and they tell me i have to pay for it because it has been to long. i don't understand how a business can take my perfectly working truck log the update and make it inoperable and then tell me i need to pay up to re-calibrate. ii wish i would have never stepped foot in wilson motors! read more

I bought a Mustang from Wilson Motors a year and a half ago. The salesman told me it was a low mile, used in house with no damage. When I went to trade it in, it had a branded title. The car had been totaled in an accident and had frame damage. I lost thousands! I will never recommend or do business with Wilson Motors again! read more

I'd just like to warn everyone who is interested in leasing from this dealer. If you choose a Nissan, hidden in the fine print of the contract, is an additional $400.00 that needs to be paid when you turn the car in if you don't get another one from them. I tried to work this out with the dealer and with Nissan but no budging because it was in the contract. I have leased from many of the other dealers in Cache Valley and never had this problem. I have simply made the last payment and turned the car in. No fees have ever been added at the end. Please learn from my $400 dollar mistake. read more

I checked out their website, picked out a few cars, chose the option for a test drive and let them know what time I'll be in. I was excited to see how many options there was and looked forward to being there. I received an email with more info on one of the cars I chose, but when I went into the dealership, the person who responded to my email was not there nor the cars I wanted to test drive - it was at another lot. Before we went to take a look at the cars, I asked for the value of my car as a trade-in. Steve told me what was wrong with my car even before he low-balled the value - which was about $1500 lower than another dealer had offered just a couple of days prior and they didn't comment on any of the negatives about my car. I'm a realistic person and I know that check engine light is on, thank you. I'm not a fan of being treated like an ignorant person nor wasting my time. If you like that sort of thing, negotiating back & forth and deal with the typical "used car salesmen" mentality, please go ahead by all means. I'd rather go to Axtell Taylor who doesn't play games and truly look for what's best for you rather than how much profit they can make. It's a shame that one dealership is so much better than the other when both of them have been established for such a long time. read more

DO NOT go here for any type of service! I have a Ford truck that is having cruise control issues. I have been trying to troubleshoot it by myself and got fed up when I couldn't figure it out after a couple of months so they quoted me 79.99 to do the diagnostics. When I went to go pick up my keys and pay for the diagnostics, they were going to charge me $95.00. I asked what the difference was when I was quoted 79.99 and the lady told me it was for tax. I'm not the greatest at math but I know Utah's tax isn't 17-sh%, so I asked to see the receipt before I ran my card. I noticed a $10 parts fee. $10 isn't much but when you're told one thing and it's not the reason, then I started asking what that fee was for. The lady told me that sometimes they test things on different machines that cost more, but she wasn't exactly sure what it was for. Another lady from the front desk saw that I hadn't paid yet and when she came to see what was taking so long, the original lady I was talking to showed her the receipt, they whispered about something, and then just took off the $10 fee without explaining what it was. That was just part 1! They then told me that my cruise control button assembly wasn't working from their diagnostics and quoted me over $400 to replace that and THEN they could run another diagnostics for $79.99. Knowing that I had tested the buttons with a voltage multi-meter and with the self-diagnostics found online, which showed the buttons were fine, I decided to leave and go home and do more research on my own. Overcoming my pride at the chance that it could be the button, I ordered one brand new online for $25 (that's a $375 difference) and replaced the one I had. Same outcome as my original, but prettier. HOW IT WAS FIXED - I was reading on forums to try and figure out what was going on and the website I was on ( https://my-secure.justanswer.com/ ) said I could talk to a Ford Tech online, all the way through until my problem was fixed for only $28. Me thinking I've hit a dead end and not trusting THIS Ford dealership, I wouldn't be out much and it was "guaranteed." So, after chatting online and troubleshooting with this tech for 3 hours, we figured out the 2 issues (that had nothing to do with the button, but 2 different $10 parts), and I am fixed! MORAL OF THE STORY - DO NOT GET ANY SERVICE DONE AT WILSON MOTOR COMPANY. I can't say anything about their salespersons, but their service department should be ashamed of themselves, especially since they are representing the Ford brand. read more

Dave Peterson is the guy you want to sell you a Ford. He works in the North store of Wilson Motors. He's kind & fun. I had an issue with my heated/cooled seats & he got it fixed for us. He stayed late to work on the price & paperwork too. He missed 1/2 his party for us . . . But we did but a truck from him. The paperwork processed a bit slow for our check (3 weeks for our trade-in payment) but that was not his fault. We did have to go back & forth a couple times on the price w/ his boss but that's how it goes. .. read more

I bought a car here 4 years ago in June. I was given a clean carfax that showed a clean title with no damage from before they bought the car at auction. So I thought cool, I shouldn't have to worry about getting the car check by a body shop right? I was wrong!!!!! 4 years later I took my car in to a body shop and another dealership after I saw a crack in the right rear quarter panel to get it checked out, they both gave me a report that my car has severe structural/frame damage from the auction house. They knew they was selling me a car with frame damage and choose not to inform me about it. They also ran my credit at a different bank to try and get a faster approval, after i had told them what bank I wanted to use. I will never recommend anyone to buy a vehicle here. Have had problems getting a new Nissan repaired and recalls done at Wilson on multiple occasions--last year they had the car 3+weeks for a problem they created in a recall repair--couldn't diagnose it and blamed me. Head of service is Lynette who is rude and a bully and won't take responsibility for the poor customer service or training of her department. Instead she blames the customer and even Nissan instead of accepting responsibility. Parts are never in stock. I will never buy another car at Wilson nor will I have any service done. I contacted Wilson Ford about a van, I mentioned I needed a good price if I was going to make the apprx 2hr drive to their dealership. The price I got over the phone was great and we were hooked. Two days later after verifying the details of our arrangement we made the trek up to Logan. The van was what we hoped it would be, just as described, but the price was now $2000 more than we were quoted. Definitely felt like we were played with on this deal. My wife loves the van which they eventually came down $1000 after negotiation. The van was a good deal, but it wasn't the deal we were led to believe we would get, or the deal that we made the long trip up for. They swore up and down this wasn't how they do biz and that this was a mis- understanding, but future buyers beware. On the bright side the sales people we dealt with (not the arse that lured us in) were great and the finance lady was amazingly fast. read more

I brought my 1999 Nissan in for maintenance to fix a recalled part in the steering column. My car took two more days than they said to fix. When I picked it up, and tried to turn out of the parking lot the steering wheel made a terrible crunching scrapping noise. I got out of the car to look under by hood to see what was wrong, the Maintenance department lady was standing at the door looking at me walking around the car, she said nothing and didn't even come over to me to see what was wrong. I drove around the block and the noise continued. I drove back to the shop and walked it to tell her what was wrong. She said, " Oh yeah I heard that noise as you drove away, I think we didn't alight your steering properly, we'll fix that." She heard the noise and didn't even run over to check it out, and they obviously didn't drive the car after "fixing it" to make sure everything was OK. Who sends a car out half finished and hopes the person doesn't notice??? Terrible service. I would not recommend them. read more

I have never posted a review before but my experience working with Wilson's has been very frustrating. Yep, its a bit long but may help someone looking to buy a vehicle. I purchased a F150 Truck from them about 7 weeks ago. It seemed to be a nice truck but when I initially test drove it, I noticed it shook when braking. I liked it otherwise and was told by the salesman that this problem would be fixed before I purchased the truck. So I went in to buy the truck a couple days later and in the middle of the paperwork I asked about the shaking and was told they forgot to have it fixed but if it continued, to bring it back and they would fix it. So unwisely, I went ahead with the purchase anyway. As I drove away in my newly purchased truck, I see the check engine light is on. The salesman drove it across the lot just before I took it, so he certainly saw it and let me drive away with a problem. It was past closing time on a Friday night, so I had to wait till the next day to call about the problem. The salesman said to call him if I had any issues, so the next day (Saturday) and Monday I leave voice and text messages on both his office and cell numbers with no reply. Since I was afraid to drive the truck as I didn't know what was wrong with it, I was forced to reschedule several appointments. I finally just called the service department and to their credit, they took it in and replaced a module causing the check engine light and said they fixed the shaking\braking problem after having it a couple days. After I picked it up, the shaking problem seemed to be worse. At this point, I couldn't afford to be without transportation and decide to drive it for awhile and see it the problem improved (breaking in new brakes\rotors?). But it persisted. I also noticed that I couldn't unlock the rear passenger door and couldn't lock the tailgate. Since I was taking a couple of days off this week, I decided it would be a good time to bring it back and fix these problems. So I call Wilson's and this time they send me back to the original salesman before they will accept my truck. I explain all the issues and after putting me on hold and checking that I bought an extended warranty, they decided to make me an appointment. I was definitely under the impression that if I hadn't bought the ext warranty, that the 3 month warranty they offer would not have been honored. Today I took my truck in and re-explained the issues and asked to please let me know status this afternoon as I really needed my truck over the holidays. So no calls and at 4:30 I call them. I am told they are test driving my truck to see where the shaking is coming from but will call me back in 20 min. So after no call back, I call them at 5:30 pm. I get a guy that is extremely short with me and asks if I have been pulling a trailer. I told him I don't even own a trailer. Then he tells me that I have to really watch how I am braking because the front rotors were heat warped. I tell him I have only driven the truck across town back and forth to work and this shaking problem has existed before I owned the truck. So after 2-3 more attempts at blaming this issue on me, he said I can pick up the truck tomorrow morning and the parts for my other requested fixes are on order. I was waiting to see how this visit would go before writing a review and after my phone conversation, I am pretty pissed off to say the least. Seems a business would be inclined to treat their customers with more respect. And my shaking\braking problem has a well documented history at their establishment, so trying to put the blame on me is completely unjustified. After my initial problems, I definitely was suffering from buyers remorse. After today, I am suffering a severe relapse. I will offer to write an updated review with a score update depending on how my pending repairs\interactions go but right now, I am a pretty unhappy customer. read more

We went to Wilson Motor Company this last weekend to buy our first car. It was a really great experience. Dave was an excellent and friendly salesman. The whole process took less time than we expected and the staff worked extremely hard to get us the payment, rates and results we needed. We wound up with an excellent car that was right within our price range. The only complaint I have is that the moment we got in the car and tried to play cds to try out the music system more in depth, we realized that the 5 disc cd player and all of the cigarette lighter power units do not work to charge our devices. This is something small that I wish we could have known about, as it will be a fix that is unnecessary and unexpected to fully enjoy our vehicle. I know this is something that isn't exactly important to the car's function, but to us it's important, and it worries me that the first thing we try out in the vehicle didn't even work. But overall, our experience was still well-deserving of 4-stars and I will definitely recommend Wilson's to friends. read more

I had seen several vehicles online that I wanted to check out at their dealership so I went in to see what they had. Their salesman was friendly and willing to let me drive anything I wanted for however long I needed. I decided on a vehicle and we began to close the deal. It took about 3 hours for them to contact and hear back from the credit union (not their fault necessarily) but I was just left in the lobby for the whole time waiting. After the loan was approved, I signed papers with a lady there who of course, was a little pushy, however it wasn't anything out of the norm for a dealership. I would have given this a 3 star, however when I got home I noticed I had a $200 charge on my vehicle contract for a security feature I never opted for. I found the actual contract for the security feature and neither the dealership or myself had signed the contract. I messaged the dealership and they said I had signed it, but they would refund the money by check through mail if I wanted. I agreed and waited for the check. Two weeks later I didn't hear anything, so I messaged them and they said they were working on it. Two weeks after that I drove up to the dealership from where I now live (an hour away) and I met with their head financial guy. He found my information and assured me I'd receive the check. Well, its now been 2 months and I have received nothing. I hope they spend my $200 on something nice! Pushy final salesman and either miscommunication or dishonesty. read more

I am disgusted by the treatment my wife and I received from this dealership. Many promises were made by the salesman, the shop staff, and the manager, all of which were broken. Every attempt to get help was directed right back to our salesman, who worked at the other location and was never present. Even management directed us to the salesman about the issues we were having....with the salesman. I know many people that work here and many of the Wilson family. I cannot believe that way Wilson handled the delivery of the vehicle that we purchased. I am very disappointed in Wilson. All dealerships are bad to some degree with the lies, dishonesty, and games they play with customers to try and sell more cars at higher prices. I expected more from Wilson, but found even less than average. Please do your research before going to a dealership like this one to avoid a bad taste in your mouth every time you think about your car buying experience. read more
