Wilson sold my Mother's House for me. She was medically incapacitated so I had to settle her affairs. I was at a lose. had no idea what was involved. contacted a few different realtors. most generalized and were hard to pin down. Wilson came right to the point. was understanding of my situation, and very knowledgeable about estate and probate home sales. After telling me what was involved. what he felt the property was worth and why. what to do to increase the value. Or if it was worthwhile to do any improvements to increase the value. He then explained the tax issues involved in the sale. He finished with a recommendation that I check the information he had given me with an accountant that was up to date on the tax and probate laws. The accountant conformed every thing Wilson had told me. Through out the sale process I received text messages and phone calls to let me know how things were progressing. when we had offers he met with me to go over and answer any questions I had. During escrow he meet with me to get documents signed and notarized (he is a notary). he has kept in touch with me since to see how my Mother is doing and just to say hi. Highly recommend! Our family recently sold a rental property that consisted of 3 homes on one lot. The property had been in the family for 63 years.
