If you have a lot of Amazon returns, don't come here unless you have a lot of time to kill. They had multiple employees but won't help you with amazon returns even if you have all the QR codes screenshotted, organized and ready. They have ONE self-serve kiosk for Amazon returns and a woman had boxes full of returns, moving at snail pace. We had a bunch of returns. And two more women came in with a bagful of returns. I've found employees at other UPS stores are much faster and efficient at processing these returns. I can't speak to any other services here. read more

10/9/25 I came to this location to process many of my amazon returns. The store was clean and organized. I was immediately greeted by Christian as he was ready to assist me. I apologized in advance since there will be a lot of items. He was polite, friendly and patient with me. I had a ton of blue scrubs/different sizing and I was confused even though I thought I had everything ready before coming in. When I apologized, he said not to worry. He works with amazon returns all the time. He was willing to wait and did not rush me. I myself, stepped aside when I was not able to locate a QR code so I would not hold up the line. He appreciated this and quickly helped the gentleman behind me. After a failed attempt to retrieve the QR code, I informed him I would be back when able. He provided me with my first two receipt print outs for records. After work hours, I came back and was once again greeted by Christian at the door. He asked if I was able to find my QR codes. YES, I celebrated. He quickly processed my returns and provided me with fantastic 10*Star service. He printed out my receipts and I was on my way. I am very impressed by his work ethic, efficiency, and superb customer service. Please promote this guy or give him a pay bump! He is doing a fantastic job being a service provider with SMILE ...no matter how many amazon returns I have. We went in for a amazon return and Bill took his time to teach us about their new kiosk. The kiosk was was very easy to use and got use and helped to get us out the door quicker than usual. Just went to print a document at this store, as always , and had the worst experience. This guy "Sam" started to speak to me very rudely and in Spanish just because my name is Spanish and I have an accent ?? Thank God I can speak 3 languages, while he couldn't even pronounce my name correctly. My wife and I had an appointment for Notary services and Sam said that the manager does that and she stepped out and she would be back soon. He tried to call her and when she did not pick up, he then texted her that we were there for an appointment with her. She finally showed up twenty minutes late. She offered no apologies for being late. We both sensed the tension between her and the Sam after a few chippy comments from each of them about one another. I came into this UPS Store for an emergency packaging request for my PC and monitor 30mins before closing time. I was very impressed with the service and cost. Christian was very helpful and able to get my PC & monitor's awkward dimensions to fit in 2 boxes per my request so I could have them safely moved. He was even kind enough to stay after closing to help me load the boxes into my car. I would highly recommend coming to this location for their incredible service and atmosphere. The service here is so pleasant and prompt! I'm glad there are two locations in our area. both locations r equally pleasant, but this one in the Whittier Quad is smaller. An added bonus is there are pretty good fast food restaurants in the quad, such as Ono Hawaiian Barbecue, a coffee place, nail salon, Petco, a good dry cleaning place, and a grocery store. It's easy to get a lot of errands done in one place. read more

My daughter went to inquire about the envelope earlier in the day and said Mom, the man was dismissive and said they didn't have any. So I went in to find out about international letter fees and was told $87 each way. I asked for the free shipping envelopes that UPS gives to use their services. I explained that my daughter was told that they didn't have any when the manager presented me one. I asked if he could give me the envelopes that they get for free since I would be using a business account and the business didn't happen to have at hand. The older gentleman said no and to call customer service to send them some. He mentioned that the envelopes they had were for them to provide the service as he was putting. I said they are free to you by UPS. So I called UPS since I know they are free and they said I was correct. They placed me on hold and sent a message to the UPS Hub that manages these franchise UPS store. Totally out of line and I have been to this store before but see that our local store NEEDS the business instead of thinking about loosing the business to FedEx which is across the street. UPS mentioned that this would never happen again and apologized before we ended our call. read more
