I asked the attendant who was in charge of two side-by-side sets of auto checkout sections. I asked if the two testers that were closed were broken. His reply was " No. When there is only one person to monitor both sets of auto checkout sections that they have to close two registers." My response "This is not directed at you but I'm guessing that this is what Walmart considers to be 'customer service'." Let me suggest to the powers that be: 1. Open the other two registers or 2. Hire more people!!!!! After returning home I attempted to call the store to speak to the manager. After about 15 rings I got the recorded message indicating an extremely high call volume and to try my call later. Again I ask "Why not hire more employees to even answer the phone"?????? Killen Foodland was the only grocery store within a large area to stay open when all the others had to close or close very early leaving some with no place to get groceries. Aldi has a lot of items that are not found in other stores, and they have a great cheese selection, fresh olives, pickles, etc, at a lower price. The employees at both stores are very helpful and polite.
