I walked into the Apple store and they did it for free in less than 10 minutes! They then sent me emails and texts to check if I was coming in and never responded to my inquiries about price and time. An hour before the appointment they texted me to say it would be $10 more than what Apple was charging and they couldn't tell me how long it would take. I finally watched a YouTube video that showed I could replace it myself in about 8 minutes for half the price. Never going to call this place again EVER.
