I helped these two men, father and son, over the winter with indoor jobs. I gave them tips of 100 dollars to save for their young child's education( Alex's brother's child). They frequently brought the child to the job. I paid them 1000 dollars a day to mulch the property and only two people a day showed. After collecting this enormous clean up fee they quit and left me with no one to mow the lawn. Bad

A few examples: He failed to mention, until the very end, that he would not re-install the metal railings on our stone steps and that we would have to hire someone else. He also did not build the bottom step to code. We brought it to his attention and asked if it would pass inspection and he said no. Then why would he build it if it's not to code?! The only real solution was to pay him to rebuild our brick walkway. His team did a very poor job with the walkway. They didn't use enough stone dust to fill cracks and did not put enough dirt on the edges so the bricks were starting to become loose. (Just a few days after!) I had to do additional work myself on the walkway in order for it to not fall apart in a few months.
