I am a 75-year-old widow, and my car indicated something was wrong (without telling me what it…read morewas). I immediately drove to Coad Toyota (where I have had my car serviced since I first moved here). Unbeknownst to me, the service department was closed after 4 PM that day, and it was 4:15 PM. A wonderful young man in the sales department took me over to the service department and told me it was only my tires that needed refilling, due to a weather change. He filled them for me, even though he was nicely dressed, and i was afraid he may get a little dirty. I was so grateful for his help and that it was such an "easy fix." I asked for his card to send him a thank-you. Unfortunately, by the time I got around to calling the dealership (and looking at the card he gave me), he was not there. The nice person who answered the phone at the dealership said I could give a review on their Facebook page. I want to leave one here, also. It turns out that nice young gentleman's name is Hogan Coad, and I learned he is one of the Coad family members. I cannot thank him enough, and I highly recommend their service (sales and service).

This experience was so awesome and simple that we have been telling friends and family for years that Coad makes Toyota purchases easy. Fast Forward to September of 2018. We had previously owned a 2015 Toyota 4Runner too, that we traded off. After recently driving another 4Runner, my wife wanted to trade a GMC Yukon for a new 4Runner. Our first impression was to buy local. However, our local Toyota store has not been easy to deal with. So, to Coad we go...again. Needless to say, Coad was able to help us find the car that met our needs. Mike and Alicia still work at this dealership and they, once again, made it happen. While it isn't the exact color she wanted, my better half is happy to be back in the driver's seat of a 4Runner. We had a minor hiccup in our purchase, but Mike, Paul, Alicia and maybe others were able to get it worked out without any major issues. I called Cape Glass and they told me ti bring it by to evaluate. 30 minutes later they had the problem solved, I got to wait in the nice lounge, and they were extremely friendly throughout the entire process.
