But noticed they were still open 24 hours and it had the same layout inside but just different signage :). left a bit earlier to work as you do, not really for work though but to swing past this place to see if they got anything to rave on about :). Walked in and it was the same girl that worked at the Garlos shop before, all the pies and the cakes were the same aswell lol .. cheering :D!! Ordered me a parmesan beef pie, chicken & Mushroom & a long John with jam & cream :). donut was super soft and super delicous as with the cheese pie aswell, think thats why i keep coming back here :D!! The Chicken & Mushroom was nothing special though. The girl behind the counter was telling me that Gourmet bake house took over Garlos pie shops hoping that the name itself would attract more women to the bakery ... was way to tired to try & figure that out lol!! Recently they did a little cake which had Nepal on it for the remembrance of the earthquake. They also do breads to go and some good coffees. The barista is also skilled at latte art. I get a fat-stacked fresh-baked hand torpedo but oh no, she forgot the chilli and I have to hand that sucker back while she slathers on an extra-large apology dose of the good stuff.
