I had some issues with installation that were on me. 9 years later it still runs like a Swiss watch. I did use all new components like oil, fuel and water pumps. Carb, distributer, coil, Upgraded cam and installed double roller timing chain. I would definitely buy from them again. And have referred them to friends! I had to amend this review. Kyle and and Rob were a huge help to me again today 9 years after my purchase. Thanks so much!!!

Nothing but trouble from the very start. Engine was smoking right from the start. I thought maybe…read moreit would improve as it got broke in. Nope, only got worse. I called numerous times and kept getting the run around. Finally got ahold of Dan in technical support. Very rude. Told me that the 7 year/70,000 mile warranty that Eric had sold me wasn't valid because the engine was supposedly high performance and only had a 12 month/12,000 mile warranty. More run around. I finally gave up and figured it was an improperly installed posi-seal on #3 cylinder exhaust valve. I repaired it myself. Still consumes oil and engine coolant. The engine is pretty much worthless to me. Keeps overheating and I'm pretty sure it has melted the heat tabs at this point. I certain they would use that as another excuse to not stand behind their product. No customer service at all. Any one considering purchasing an engine from them BEWARE. Find ANY place else! This place is as worthless as their products. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Buying a vehicle is not always an enjoyable process, and many dealerships can make customers feel pressured. However, Saif and Michael completely changed that perception for me. From the moment I arrived, they were professional, respectful, and focused on helping rather than selling. What impressed me most was that they gave me the space and time I needed to make my decision. At no point did I feel pressured or rushed. Instead, they answered my questions, listened to my concerns, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. Saif approach ultimately brought me back to the dealership to purchase my new truck. I truly feel that I received a good deal and outstanding customer service from him. Because of this experience, I will confidently recommend Saif, and Group 1 Toyota to friends and family. In fact, my brother is already planning to stop by the dealership because of the positive experience I shared with him. Thank you, Saif and Michael, for going above and beyond my expectations and making this such a positive and enjoyable experience.

We got home, three hours away in rural New Mexico, and discovered it was the wrong item. We went to a box store closer to where we are and the sales associate knew what we needed and got us the correct one; which fit perfectly. While I was returning the item at Toyota, the same one that sold it to us, gave us trouble. Even in our initial encounter with him, he was snide. Anyway, get a new service parts sales associate. Lowkey, never coming to this Toyota dealership again and don't recommend anyone else do so either.

I had the car dropped off at Dishman Dodge, but was told they would not be able to diagnose it for at least another day. Since I live out of state, I rented a car and returned home while they worked on it. A few days later, I was told the PCM had failed and needed to be replaced. After some back and forth over whether the repair was covered under my warranty, they ultimately agreed it was. About a week later, the PCM was successfully replaced, but I was then informed that the starter was also bad and needed to be ordered. A few days later, the replacement starter arrived, but I was told it was "broken" and another one would have to be ordered. By this point, the car had been there for approximately two weeks. On Thursday, August 20, the service manager told me he would have another starter overnighted. When I called Monday morning, August 24, I learned the part still had not even been ordered. Another starter was eventually ordered and, incredibly, I was again told that the replacement arrived "broken." I'm now approaching three weeks without my vehicle, living in another state, and still don't have a reliable answer as to when the car will actually be finished so I can book a flight back to Spokane and drive it home. I understand that parts can fail, shipping problems happen, and repairs don't always go according to plan. My frustration is with the repeated delays, inconsistent communication, and commitments that were not followed through on. At this point, between the rental car, travel expenses, and time involved, I likely would have been better off paying to have the Challenger transported back to my home state and repaired locally. Unfortunately, based on my experience up to this point, I would not recommend Dishman Dodge's service department to others unless they can go without definitive answers and their vehicle for about a month.
