I purchased a 2010 vehicle from them, and the experience was closer to working with a high-end boutique automotive concierge than a traditional dealership. Chris handled my approval process personally and matched me with a vehicle that exceeded every expectation -- mechanically, cosmetically, and in overall quality. The level of care this dealership puts into their cars is exceptional. They replace parts proactively, not reactively, and prepare each vehicle to a standard you rarely see in this industry. When I noticed a brake issue after purchase, I brought the car back and it was handled instantly. They used premium components, walked me through every repair, and ensured the vehicle left the shop in better-than-expected condition. Their commitment to quality is far above the market average, and it shows. Yes, their pricing reflects the amount of work they invest -- but it is worth every dollar. I've purchased vehicles from other dealers where I had to spend thousands in immediate repairs. At Performance Motorcars, everything is done upfront, with total transparency and zero surprises. If you are a buyer who values reliability, honesty, and long-term peace of mind, this is the place to purchase your next vehicle. I could not be happier with my experience.

I took it back after about a month because it was making a loud noise, and they stuck me with a bill for the diagnostic and an estimate of $1,850. And did so with a smile on their face. They literally looked at me like the sucker I am. Avoid this place like the plague. They are total scammers. I will continue commenting...and commenting...and commenting. My boyfriend worked with Randy a few months prior so I decided to utilize his services as well. Without hyperbole, I must say that this was the easiest process I've ever been through. Randy and I had our first call on a Wednesday, he found the exact vehicle I was looking for on a Thursday, and I signed and drove my new car home on a Friday. Every dealership I had gone to before this was marking up the sticker price anywhere from $6,000 to $10,000 dollars, and unwilling to budge. Randy shopped around and found my White Mazda3 Hatchback for MSRP. It was so simple and pleasant having Randy there every step of the way to make sure the journey to signing was uncomplicated. I'd return to him again and again

He took the time to coach me through finding the right car, walked me through the pros and cons of leasing vs. financing, and explained every possible option in a way that made sense. Thanks to his guidance, I ended up saving several thousand dollars compared to the "best deal" I thought I could get elsewhere. I can't recommend Randy enough. We don't know each other personally, but he genuinely looked out for my best interest and made sure I got the best deal possible.

Byeong and Bob delivered the best customer experience we've encountered; direct, fair, and genuinely consultative rather than pushy What impressed us most: - Fair trade-in value with transparent pricing - Honest communication about vehicle details (they proactively disclosed when a car had $300 less in add-ons and adjusted pricing accordingly) - Problem-solving approach when minor issues arose - Focus on finding the right fit for our needs Based on this experience and consistently strong reviews, we're switching all our servicing to Garavel Subaru. Highly recommend working with Byeong and Bob, they set the standard for what a dealership experience should be.

They were doing a full service which was more than Dan Perkins, They then showed me we failed the back tire alignment so I had them do an alignment. Again, more than Dan Perkins. And mind you, when I check in, I showed them right on the Dan Perkins website the pricing specials and the most they did was a $50 credit. Still paid more but that seemed ok until I was told the back break pads needed replacing. They quoted $500. Dan Perkins right on their website charges $350. Even with time and gas, worth saving $150 to drive to Milford. however, I let them do it after the service agreed to match the price. Go to pick up my car. Told it is $812 and then go to swipe the credit card only to find out that they charge for credit cards. This is not some small business. This is a major car dealership. It was lucky I had a check on me of I would have had to pay an extra $25 or come back with a check. Very sneaky not to tell you upfront when you drop off the car. Drive to Milford. Dan Perkins is the absolute best and they have a great waiting room with lattes, Capuchino maker, snacks, and will change the TV station if you ask. As a side note, I have bought three Subarus and every time the price was better at Dan Perkins than here. Go to Milford!!!!
