The classes are taught by expert instructors who love what they do and are great motivators. It was my first time taking a Barre, Pilates, Yoga and Zumba class. It was easy to follow the instructors. I learned as you continue taking the classes you develop a stronger core and are able to work out more effectively. Lifetime gym is immaculate with a variety of amenities including a Sauna, Eucalyptus Steam Room and an outdoor Pool. They have classes for everyone including active older adults (seniors). The membership is not cheap but it's worth every penny. A great investment for a healthy lifestyle.

I decided to take the ISOPHIT classes 3 days a week (nutrition plan included) and after a few weeks I was able to mix in some REDZONE classes. Although I've had pleasant conversations with all the staff, Erik has been my trainer for over a year now. He's not only helped make me noticeably stronger, but also helped me to lose over fifty pounds. He's an excellent trainer and PTP is lucky to have him.
