Items they have for sale can be found online for 40% of the cost. Kiosk has no prices shown for their items and come up with "deals" as they go. "Deals" sound great until you realize you are buying a cheap version of the real product and by the time you do that, and turn around to get a refund, sorry, they do no refunds and they won't tell you that until you have already paid. These guys are running a white collar scam in the middle of one of the most well known malls in south Florida.

After my second visit, I had two questions regarding a product Dr. John recommended me to use. Then I called the clinic and I nicely asked the front desk to ask the physician and come back to me. They never did it and I had to call back. First, I was always interrumpted while I was talking. Second, the front desk kept telling me that the doctor is busy. Sure I know this. I never asked to interrupt him. For my two visits, I had to wait approximately one hour to see the doctor. The gap between two visits should be bigger then the second patient does need to wait so long. Three, for my big surprise, the staff asked me to Google the product to get answers for my two questions. I was stunned. If I myself have to Google, then needless to call the clinic. This was ridiculous. Never heard something like this. The right thing was to tell me that they will call me back as soon as they will get the answers. Fourth, the package does not list the answers to my two questions as per attachment. I wanted to know how much salt to use and how often to practice that task. While I was at the clinic I forgot to ask the doctor. It is not a crime but a very normal situation to have questions after a medical consultation. The front desk should always reflect a good image of the company they work for. If the staff is either not happy to work in that clinic or had a bad day, I and other patients should not be affected. I did not do nothing wrong to call the clinic and I was very polite.It is very normal that the patient could have some questions after the medical visit and the doctor obligation is to respond within a reasonable period of time. I can say that Dr. John is a good physician but the front desk needs improvement and soonest.

Dad has claws for toenails and Dr Limperis is coming to the house on wednesday to cut dads nails for him. You dont find many doctors now a days that will come to the home BUT Dr Limperis does. I am so fortunate to know him and to be able to call him and have him come to my home for my dads feet. The entire Limperis family is practically all physicians and have been in broward county for many years. Native chicagoians (is that a word? ) they came to florida and Dr Limperis father Nick was a prominent physician until his passing. I will update with photos on wednesday while Dr Limperis is working on dads feet. I am beyond grateful to still be friends with Dr Limperis all this time after high school and for him to make a house call makes my heart so happy. I try and take care of my father the best I can but his toenails are a mess. I know Dr Limperis will take care of dads feet. Thank god for good friends who are physicians! One last note: I had my calluses scraped while the Doc was here. I have to wear socks and shoes eventhough the calluses will never go away. Note to others..avoid stilettos!

Do NOT use the Palm Springs, FL Hanger Clinic. There are many other Hanger Clinic locations that…read moreare a lot more ethical than this one in Palm Springs, Florida. First, they charged me $25 to replace a strap on my AFO, as the velcro was no longer sticking - a 60 second task, and even though I was ordering my new AFO through them. I didn't argue, and paid their requested fee. NOTE: Both the Hanger Clinics in NYC AND in Gainesville replaced the strap for me at NO CHARGE throughout the years. That should have been my first clue not to use this location for my replacement AFO. Fast forward, my new plastic AFO was ready for pick up. They used cloth straps, a much less durable strap than the leather I had on my original AFO - perhaps so they can keep collecting their $25 fees every time these straps go bad. They received $1,500 from my insurance company - after lying about the type of AFO and all the additions - they claim to have included with the brace, but didn't. And in spite of the fact that they received $1,500 from my insurance company, they are charging me an ADDITIONAL $170!!! This is after 1) I was told the AFO was covered by my insurance and 2) I spoke with someone in the office a couple of months ago when I received the first bill, who assured me that the additional charge was an error and that it was going to be taken care of. Please note the location of positive reviews aren't for the Palm Springs, FL location - all Hanger Clinic locations are not created equal.
