I hired CMP to inspect a home I purchased, and unfortunately, several major issues were completely…read moremissed and not mentioned in the inspection report. * Multiple exterior GFCI outlets are inoperative due to wires being cut during a prior door installation. * The in-sink disposal doesn't function. * The master shower valve had to be replaced because it didn't allow hot water through as it was plugged with sediment. * Master bath freestanding tub leaks water from the tub into the bathroom. * 1/2 the doors in the home are so out of level that they won't stay open on their own. * Most concerning, the first-floor shower floods the house. The shower pan is inset, but the door was installed on floor tile that's pitched away from the shower. Any water that hits the door flows straight into the hallway. None of these issues were mentioned in the report. Chris's inspection overlooked many obvious and costly problems. I would not recommend CMP based on my experience.

This company was hired to demo our kitchen, replace drywall, move outlets and remove and reinstall…read morethe plumbing in the kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. They were unprofessional, refusing to remove the plumbing in the bathroom and laundry room, and refused to reinstall the plumbing in any of the rooms. We were told it would cost "an arm and a leg" to reinstall the plumbing in the kitchen because they would have to break through the wall. Luckily our son-in-law is a plumber and was able to reinstall with very little effort. When they removed the countertops in the kitchen, they damaged the wall beneath. The only reason the job was completed was because they subcontracted the drywall and installation of the backsplash to two extremely professional and pleasant gentlemen from S and D Solutions. All Drywall showed no interest in the job once they removed the countertops.

All Drywall did a great job on an older home fix up. The previous owners had done a series of…read more"self fixes" that after years left an cumulative mess -walls you could see daylight thru at the base board , strange peeling bookcases and doors and every wall a different texture. Julio and his team were responsive and communicative during the whole process - even when we had the inevitable older home curve balls with custom sized openings etc. The quote was fair and transparent and the house was left really clean and ready for us. Great honest contractor! We will use him again!
