Scott was prompt, professional, extremely thorough, very helpful with questions, and I came away with tons of extra information. I'm a first-time home-buyer, so just touring the home with him taught me a lot. He added my appliances to a warranty list, in case there are any recalls. He has a concierge service to help get utilities and other things set up. The inspection itself came in 30 pages with photos, with details on the most important items as well as a "punch list" for what I could fix over time. Scott was great to work with. He was personable, professional, and knowledgeable. Before our inspection started he provided a binder will great information on inspections and how to care for a home. He was very thorough and did a great job explaining everything that he saw and why/how he was going to write it up in the inspection report. We did a radon test and the results came back high, so Scott recommended a few companies to work with for installation of a mitigation system.
