Wow! We are in process of purchasing a new home in Savannah and our Real Estate agent recommended Randy and WIN. He inspected the home yesterday morning and immediately called us with our agent to discuss his findings. His finished report (54 pages) was in our email this morning when we awoke. His report was professional, complete and very explanatory with recommendations for fixing the problems. He included photos of any areas of concern. He used an infrared camera to point out areas that were temperature/heat sensitive. He is knowledgeable about electrical code. Im new to Savannah and this is my first house; I'm also quiet clueless about buildings in general. Randy was amazing. At this point I've used WIN (Randy) three times to inspect different homes. He is goes through, around, over, and under the house. He is ready to go with his tools, and produces a very professional report including pictures and citing the issues. Randy did a great job inspecting our house before we bought it. He was very amiable and happy to answer all my questions. The report was very thorough, and all communication was excellent. I sympathize with the reviewer that left one star, but her situation was not the fault of her Home Inspector nor her realtor. One of the pitfalls of being a homeowner is - stuff happens. And you need to have money in reserve for when it happens. Home inspectors cannot find every little thing that is wrong with a house, and it says so in the contract. Randy did an excellent job inspecting my new home. The use of a drone to inspect and take pictures of the roof and upper portions of the house added to my confidence level that nothing was amiss. Randy was an excellent home inspector started from the outside, went up to the attic, took the signing outside and inside. He took photos of everything explained to me which issues were serious and needed to be repaired quickly and which ones were just a concern and could wait a little bit.
