The entire reason for the project was to improve the temperature in my daughter Sophia's bedroom, which has always struggled with airflow and heat. Several months later, when my schedule finally allowed me to deal with it, I hired an HVAC contractor to diagnose the problem. He found that a 10-inch insulated flex duct in the attic had been crushed and replaced approximately 5-6 feet of ducting at a cost of $475. Nice one stop shop. Wanted to insulate a sunroom to make live-able space and do Sheetrock/drywalling and install a/c vent and Carlos came through. One few companies out there that still does spray foam which was the best type of insulation for my ceiling given limited space and to optimize insulation. Also put batting on floors.
