New motor now super quiet compared to my old dilapidated motor which was making loud grinding noises and leaking everywhere, not just from the gasket area which caused small flooding around my entire pump area. I was a little bit blown back. I felt like I needed to get a second opinion from another company. Since everything was built less than five years ago and the equipment wasn't that old. They said no the equipment was fine and did not have to be replaced. There was just a part malfunctioning and it only be a couple hundred bucks.

Using Yelp, I got a list of recommendations of service providers in and out of the area. The friendly response from Pestkiller stood out so I called. I spoke with John. He is knowledgeable, fun to speak with, professional, and confident that his company would resolve the issue. He said he had a serviceman that could come out within a few days. We exchanged my information as the point of contact, I got some emails and was able to set up an account for my mother, including reoccurring monthly payments. A few days later, we got a text message from Cameron that he was coming to service the home. He arrived timely and gave me a few of those ant traps that work like a charm for inside. He asked about the areas of concerns and when I showed him one area in the backyard, he was on it. He did the webbing and the spraying. He assured me that within a few months that he'd have everything looking better. That was no lie because I feel that after his services everything looked better! He did what we couldn't and there's no harm in asking for help and having the home serviced monthly. The pesticide used was not offensive and did not negatively impact my mother's medical condition. My mother had an ant problem inside her bathroom and overtime I've noticed she's had an ant problem outside. Notice I use "had" in past tense because John was right, that they would take care of the issue and she no longer has that problem anywhere with the ants! He was also sensitive to the fact that my mother has an underlying medical condition and explained to me it was not needed to service the entire inside of the home rather treat that isolated incident with traps. He was right, those traps worked like a charm and within a few days the issue was resolved! Communication was great via the phone with John, text, email setting up the account and reoccurring payment and subsequent notices as such: Notice to Occupant Pestkiller Services Inc has been authorized to apply pesticides in and around these premises for the control of the following pests: roaches, ants, spiders, wasps, bees, fleas, ticks, rats, mice, gophers, squirrels, and other common household pests. John told me with confidence that they are the best and he's right! One can read from the reviews that they don't have high ratings for no reason. Their customers are happy! I'm at peace knowing that my mom does not have to go out in that hot heat and try to do any webbing and spraying with products that don't work. It feels good to also support a local business as they make their customers feel like extended family! Shout Out to Cameron!!!! He's timely, responsive, knowledgeable and professional. He communicates very well to let the occupants know when he's on the way! To the entire Pestkiller team, you're awesome! Thank you!

We…read moreexperienced a roof leak in October that involved poor installation workmanship by the solar company when they replaced solar panels on my roof. My home insurance would not cover the damages. I had to place a tarp on my roof temporarily while dealing with this nightmare. The Solar company "Tesla" did not take responsibility for damages to the roof tiles that caused the leak. The home insurance company pointed fingers to the solar company and denied my claim. I had to source out several roofing companies. In the midst of rainy season, some roofing companies told me that it would be weeks till they can come out and do any repairs. I searched on Yelp and found Jacobo Roofing. I saw the reviews and called them. Within a day, I was contacted by Marcos. It's a Father/Son team. That same week, they came out to my property to access the issue. The Solar panels were an obstacle, and I had to get them removed before any recommendations for the repair can be established. Tesla offered their uninstallation services for a fee, but I opted in not using them because they are the source of the problem. After I got the Solar panels removed, Marcos and his father came back out. They gave me a reasonable proposal and also recommended other work on the ridge of the roof that would make water drainage better and to prevent other damages to the roof. The work was scheduled a week after the proposal. Marcos kept me informed the entire time. On the day of the repair, I had to work and was not at home. Marcos and his team worked on the roof for 2-days and completed the work. They removed all debris and materials and my roof is leak free. Marcos and his Father are subject experts in this field and they professionally handle the visits, communication, and the entire process. They put customer concern at the highest priority. They communicated with me the entire time of the project. Best of all, they gave me a 10 year warranty on their work. I highly recommend this company for any residential work.

Tyler did the inspection on a home that we were considering purchasing. In a nutshell I would say that all of my expectations were exceeded. Tyler was more than courteous and answered a myriad of questions. When I got the report I was blown away by the thoroughness and detail of the home inspection. Additionally there was an extensive number of photographs which supported the written text. In regards to the very detailed report, I found it on my computer at 7:00am the next morning. I saw that the email was received in my inbox at 6:00am. Unbelievable the turn around time for such a high quality and detailed report. Don't fear the mask, Nathan is one of the good guys! Nathan carefully went over and through the entire house, doing the things that inspectors do, making notes and taking photos, although he deleted the ones I photobombed! After he was done with the inspection, he took me and my realtor on a tour of all the systems in the house and explained all his findings in detail. This is very helpful for a buyer as a person who will be moving into a new house. Now, I'll have a better understanding of the house when I move in, with fewer surprises. And very importantly, I'll know of a few things that I'll be asking the sellers to help with in terms of repairs. All in all, a great learning experience and well worth the cost! I shadowed him, which is generous of him, and learned a lot about the home I am buying. I feel completely satisfied that there will be no surprises with this home.
