He did an excellent job of arranging for the tenting and personally oversaw the entire job from start to finish (3 days), including personally inspecting the home to ensure that it was OK for us to move back in. He then came back a week later to check in on us, and to check the health of the plants that we had gone to a lot of trouble to save, as some of them had to be tented (they survived thanks to his advice on how to protect them).
