She claimed she was joking because she couldn't pronounce his name, but I found that comment disrespectful and unprofessional, especially in a healthcare setting where patients should be treated with dignity and respect. I immediately requested a different staff member and was assisted by Bella, who was kind, professional, and completely changed the atmosphere of the visit. I also brought the situation to the attention of Austin and Dr. Maria because I felt it was important for management to be aware of what occurred. While I appreciate Bella's professionalism and the office's willingness to switch staff members, the initial interaction left a very negative impression. Patients should never feel disrespected because of their name or background. I hope the office addresses this issue and provides better customer service training moving forward.

We did some x-rays and during the visit I felt heard and was a very welcoming atmosphere. Dr. Kreitzer reviewed dental health concerns and did and an overall evaluation. He talked through the options and clearly explained. The staff and everyone I spoke were great. Treatment plan is pricy and a more than anticipated but am confident in what we need to do. They don't offer financing here but can help guide you through iCredit. Scheduled treatment a few months out so will update once I am done.

Although it was not a close drive it was the most convenient situation. I made the 30 minute drive to Canal Winchester to get my replacement tooth placed in. That entire day I was in pain so it was a god send to receive it. The dental hygienists there and staff were super friendly. They took me in right away we got the tooth in and I was in and out in no time. Plus they got me a new night guard as my previous one didn't fit with the new tooth. I still have appointments on a yearly basis for them to check my gums, and the staff is amazing. The office is a bit small, but it is clean and efficient. As a side note, Dr. Blank is really a funny guy. He prides himself in being the self-proclaimed "best" at what he does. I won't disagree with him, he's pretty amazing!

Recently had a scaling and planing procedure done with Dr. Alan Levy. He not only has a wonderful…read morebedside manner (very kind, gentle, cheery and funny) but he has been an oral surgeon for 30 years and he knows his "stuff!" I was very afraid of the procedure (blood and gore and pain) and he assured me that there would be very little blood, that he would give me numbing shots for the pain and that the pain would be minimal after the procedure. The numbing shots did hurt a bit (when doesn't a shot hurt, right?) but as soon as I was all numb, he went to work and expertly did his procedure. Afterward when I was getting ready to leave, I noticed a bigger bit of blood and mentioned it and he put me right back in the operative chair and looked into my mouth to discover a few blood clots that he suctioned out. Bleeding practically non-existent after that. Pain level was low enough that I didn't need to even take Tylenol. His office is efficient, clean and a nice place to be if one has to visit an oral surgeon. I recommend him unreservedly.

The Reynoldsburg Dental Center seems to think they own my mouth…read more Six month ago, they referred me to a periodontist. I was not in any pain and did not see the need, but I went anyway. The periodontist wanted to extract a tooth that was, in my experience, solid as a rock and not giving me any pain. I declined the suggested procedure. When I returned for my next cleaning, they inquired about whether I had seen the periodontist. When I explained that I had but that I had decided not to undergo the recommended procedure, they informed me that their "new" policy was to not perform cleanings on patients that had been prescribed a periodontal treatment but had not followed through. I don't know the professional ethics of such a policy, but it seems unethical to me. I will always retain the right to make decisions about my own health care without undue pressure from any medical provider. If you feel the same way, avoid the Reynoldsburg Dental Center. I'm looling for a new dentist.

I felt the dentist misconstrued the intent of the product I was told it was a night guard and was…read morespecifically made for grinding my teeth and was a night guard to prevent further fractures in my teeth but in reality it was for orthodontic retention which I don't need because I already have the same retainer at home that I received from my actual orthodontist. It was indicated multiple times that I needed this retainer not for orthodontics but for grinding my teeth at night and to prevent further fractures. I feel this business has a complete lack of integrity and business ethics. I was shown a screen reflecting the fracturing in my teeth and then pushed the importance of receiving this retainer to prevent further damage at my appointment but during my recent visit she could not recall the diagnosis insisted we discussed this being for keeping my teeth straight which is absolutely not true.

Gave me some good advice and options. Really the best part was how transparent they were on what was and was not covered by insurance and the price. This is what all medical operations should do!!
