There is a TV is every exam room and they always ask for my channel preference. They also offer some of the latest teeth whitening and dental innovations but are never pushy about recommending them. I feel very secure in their diagnosis and leave feeling happy I made the choice to continue doing business with them. He does not perform unnecessary dental procedures unless it is needed. He explained in details of any upcoming procedures. He is always caring, making sure I am not in anyway uncomfortable with any dental procedures. I broke my front tooth one Saturday. he understand my concerns and had his staff came in on the same Saturday to place a temporary front tooth. Dr Holman's staff is warm,friendly and knowledgeable. MaryLou at front desk, always a smile and great at scheduling. I look forward to 6 months teeth cleaning with Cyndi. Kathy is precise and meticulous in getting temporary crown made for me. It went something like this: - always greeted nicely. Today was extra special getting greeted by Ivy. - everything explained as needed throughout the visit - Daniel helped get my insurance stuff done up front. So, I could leave when done - Sam had everything prepped and ready to go - very good numbing. They swab some pre agent numbing to gum area. Then, Doctor Wooten does a great job with the syringe. Delicate and precise without pain. - completed Xray for insurance purposes - high frequency precision drilling to lower frequency grinding through the layers of the tooth and removing tooth decay - prep tooth for crown or specific filling when decay is removed - take contour topography pictures in preparation for 3d printer porcelain crown buildup - finish work on crown design application for submitting to printer - filling replacement fitted and set - after 3d printer completes the model porcelain crown. It is carefully test-fitted before it is put in for heating the crown to completion. - when the crown is ready final review and prep is done - the crown is seated with adhesive. Fit validated. Then, final quality check is done. - And out the door I went. did Like George Thorogood - after driving home. I had lunch at 3pm. Stayed away from too hot or too cold for a while as a precaution. - new crown and filling are great so far - thanks all for excellent experience. Paul

By the time we had left we had been admonished about his oral care, correcting his bite, expanding his palate, and potentially removing his tonsils. When I asked how I could expect compliance from a 7 year old to wear a retainer I was told ... take his iPad away from him if he doesn't ... or he will end up with a palate expander later. I am thankful that I many excellent long term relationships with orthodontists and ENTs who contradicted the given advice to give me a better and fuller understanding of this particular child's challenges. The final and completely unnecessary straw was having me sign a document acknowledging the price if his twin needed a tooth pulled ... because you can't just send the quote home with me- you need my signature... (because I'm 5.) Employees were all perfectly nice and no complaints about friendliness of employees or cleanliness and appearance of facility. The buck ends at the top though. At the end of the day it's about the attitude and relationship with the dentist. It's wasn't there for me that day.

Aside from that and most important to me, you don't wait forever in a waiting room. I've only been to Garrison Dental a couple of times but every time I'm seen almost immediately. I've never waited for even ten minutes. The only slight downside to this place is their limited hours of operation. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a new dentist.
