The manager sold us a vehicle that he knew had a bad engine…read more We bought it on 3/13/20 - engine died in August 2020. Many others on neighborhood watch have also had bad experiences with them. Wow, they are horrible to the customers once they take your money. They looked at the vehicle, told us he will replace the engine with a junk yard engine for $2000. On a junk yard engine that may also break?! Now I question how many rigged cars they sell besides ours. He may have a nice smile & a good talker. But, to sell a lemon knowing it was pretty much dead. Unacceptable ‼ Guess BBB will have to get involved. I have made reviews along with many friends. He deletes any bad comments & keeps the good. What a way to cheat the ratings numbers. Anyhow, he called today telling us because I made a bad reviews he refuses to even consider working on it & to pretty much get it the fuck out off my lot. Terrible place. Customer service is a big Zero. They owe us back the money we spent minus the months we had it. Or could have at least offered a different car. At least my real auto place wasn't con artists.

This is a review of their automotive repair department. We went to Frey with our Buick Enclave…read morebecause of transmisson issues. With the prices of used cars these days, we were willing to consider repairing the vehicle vs. purchasing a new car. Three weeks ago we were quoted $5500 but could go up to as much as $7000. This was a verbal discussion, of course nothing was in writing. Three weeks later, with very little communication on their part, they let us know the Buick is ready to go. During this time, if we enquired on the status of our vehicle it was all on our part. The most we were told was "not ready yet, check engine light is on now, we're trying to figure that out". So today my husband goes to pick the Buick up and the total is $9,500!!!! Almost double the original quote. We never would have spent that much on a 2010 Buick! We were not even given the option of agreeing or disagreeing to this price. Most reputable businesses will call and say "Hey, we found this wrong with it now, it will now be this much....." . Or even better, have us initial off on a quote. Not ONCE was this offered to us, only verbal quotes. The best part of this poor business practice is when I called to express my outrage, "Scott", only argued with me about how he never said "$5500-7000", I said "$8,000". Now they are insulting our intelligence as we NEVER would have agreed to that much on repairing a used car. But of course, there is no PAPER trail to this quote because they put nothing in writing!!! We only have our word against his and he is LYING. So, this is my first review of any business but didnt want anyone else to go through what we did, especially with how hard times are these days. Inflation is not keeping up with wages and this is very hard on our family.

I had an issue with my brakes, basically they went out. We were able to see brake fluid dripping…read morefrom my inner right rear tire, and brake fluid reservoir dry. I had my truck towed to Muskego Automotive as they had fixed my brake lines in April 2017, I assumed was a similar problem. I received a call later on, that it in fact, it was the right rear caliper that had leaked or broke or whatever. This was to be free of charge to fix, great. Well not really, they took it upon themselves to "inspect" and take apart my front brakes and left rear brakes when not asked to do so. Quoting me a cost of $770 to replace rotors and pads on all. When I said I would rather not replace all of that at this point, I was told he wouldn't put it together and HE felt it needed to be done, pretty much FORCED work I did not want done to pad his pocket. Then the next day I receive a call that they had an "incidental" finding and had to replace yet another part, that of course was replaced with out calling me first. Now my bill is up to $1000.04. Really??? I am a single mom paying for my daughter's college, just replaced a furance, need to replace a sewage pipe, have numerous other expenses I am paying and a hefty mortgage on top of that. I was forced to replace all rotors and pads and a 2nd caliper when all I wanted was the right rear brake issue fixed. I feel he forced services I didn't ask for nor could afford to pad his pocket, not ok at all, leaves me paying other things late and not at all happy.... oh, and to top it off we go to pick it up and magically it would be $900.00 if I would pay in cash.... I did feel he felt he could take advantage of my being a female. VERY SHADY in my opinion.

They did an excellent job on the repair and kept within in budget. This is not an easy repair and they did a great job.I am a very happy customer.
