I called here and he got me right in, and within an hour and 15 minutes he was done with a job that could've taken a normal mechanic 2-3 hours, and it was done perfectly. He took the time afterwards to explain to me some different things to keep an eye out with my vehicle, and also certain maintenance that needs to be kept up that I may have not been used to with my previous vehicle. I live NEXT DOOR to their business so I wanted to support my local business. I explained my battery light kept flashing on and off and did they have time to visibly look at it (thinking maybe the connections may be bad). I was willing to wait if indeed the battery was the problem for a repair. It couldn't have taken more than 5 min to just look. The woman on the phone didn't ask any further questions, just dismissed me and said we don't have any openings today. Horrible customer service. Uncaring, inflexible and rude. Definitely no "going above and beyond" or "fitting me in". I'm an older single woman with grandchildren to drive around. So disappointed.
