They delivered our boy back to us 4 days after pick up, and after receiving him it was the only thing that made me feel so much better. It would be a very difficult industry to be in and perhaps it's not for everyone, having their loved pet cremated, but I can only say again that it made my husband and I feel a lot better after losing him. The owners of the company are very professional but have not lost their compassion, and provide everything from a lock of the pet's hair to a certificate of cremation (authenticity). Mel still keeps in contact and it has been several months. I highly recommend Angel Ashes.

Almost totally out of control l rang Melanie to make the final arrangements, twice l cancelled. The 3rd and final time, she took over and did everything and more to get me through. What a wonderful young woman Melanie was and is, l was astounded when she delivered my baby to me a couple of days later to see how young she is. Melanie is an absolutely professional, caring, and understanding person. l could go on and on but best l don't. What l will say is you could not find better anywhere. Melanie l thank you so much from the bottom of my heart. l have just got myself a rescue dog so no doubt one day you will hear from me again, but not too soon l hope, until then keep up the good work, we need people like you.
