She sent photos and even stopped to grab an item that wasn't in store so I could see it when I went today. When I arrived she had the items I inquired about sitting in the front for me. She answered all my questions and was so friendly. She told me about her craft classes and made sure to tell me to message if I was ever looking for a certain piece; even if she doesn't have it she will do what she can to help me find it. It was so refreshing to deal with someone who appreciates their customers and takes customer service seriously. This store is a gem and I will absolutely be back.

For some reason I just assumed it was a typical downtown gift shop. I had no idea that it's actually a boutique consignment store! I found myself pawing everything in the place. There was a huge selection of unique items, all of which seemed to ooze sassiness and flair. I was also really impressed with how it's all organized. I tend to get anxiety in consignment stores because although I don't mind rifling through things, I have to be in the mood for digging. This place was organized beautifully like an upscale boutique except the prices were fantastic! I will definitely be popping in often to check for new treasures!

There was a credit card minimum so I must have put the product down on the counter to pull out my wallet for cash. I told her to keep the change and she just blankly stared at me. No thank you or have a nice day etc. I walked around the store a bit more and then said goodbye and thank you to the cashier again as I was walking out, and was once again silently glared at. Came home to realize that I left the toy on the counter when putting away my wallet. Not blaming the cashier as it was my error, but I do think she saw me forget my purchase (it was a huge red claw sitting right in front of her) and purposely chose to not say anything. Would not go back.
