I took my 2 cats to the office for their vaccines. They were very past due because I find it's so…read morestressful to round them up and place them in their carriers I was immediately greeted and helped into a room. The tech had long red hair and immediately went into making the cats as comfortable as possible. She brought out a bed and sprayed pheromones to calm I had a later appointment and needed to leave them. She and dr Kline reassured me they could be housed together. I just truly felt like these people cared! Thank you so much Happy Tails! You all rock!!

Disappointing tone, condescending care, and absurd extra fees…read moreI had to schedule an urgent visit here because our normal clinic was fully booked and I needed to bring my cat in after a stray literally broke through our porch screen to attack her inside our own home. I was just trying to be proactive and prevent a serious infection, but the whole experience was terrible. Instead of focusing on my cat, the vet spent the visit lecturing me about the dangers of outdoor cats. She went on and on about how outdoor cats don't live as long, how they get hit by cars, get attacked, or catch rabies. I explicitly told her I agreed with her points, that we live nowhere near a main road, and that I'm balancing family dynamics with cats who love the outdoors. But she just kept preaching. She even condescendingly told me I should put chicken wire over my screens or build a catio--completely ignoring that chicken wire isn't predator-proof and that the stray broke into what should have been a safe, enclosed space. On top of the attitude, their billing practices feel like total nickel-and-diming. Every single medication option had a separate "service fee" tacked on ($12 to $30 extra per item), which basically doubled the cost of the medicine itself. When I asked what the service fee was for, the staff told me it covers counting out, packaging, and bottling the meds. But the anti-inflammatory they gave me was a single, factory-sealed blister pack straight from the manufacturer. All the clinic did was slap a prescription sticker on the box. Charging a full fulfillment "service fee" just to put a sticker on pre-packaged medication is ridiculous. I came in looking for compassionate care during a stressful situation, but left dealing with condescension and bogus fees. I won't be back and definitely don't recommend them.

Just bought a new dog came here to get her chip registered and everything in our name and updated…read moreso we'll be visiting again tomorrow to get her shots. She was missing but made a great team., didn't meet the doctor yet, but sure they will be perfect. Super convenient location to where we are. Looking forward to a new care center for our pet. !!! Really liked the doctor, had a long chat about dealing with herding dogs and moving from a small dog to a large dog the proper way. Start training down the road at the end of the month, but got all caught up on shots, chip reprogrammed for my address and have a new dog and a new doctor add to the roster. Great staff, clean place, well run. Very professional highly recommend.!!

The older dogs started suffering dying from congestive heart failure. She was swollen and having difficulty breathing. so we called the clinic. ( my husband had lost his job and I am on disability so we asked if we could pay for the end of life care on friday when my check was to be direct deposited. Mind you that this was on a wednesday. So they wouldve only had to wait 2.5 days to get paid. The staff told my husband to" call back when we were able to pay!" ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! Call back in 3 days and let my dog suffer in pain. Nice to know that your clinic and staff care more about monies than making sure an animal is not suffering!! We will never bring an animal to thos clinic again. We have since found a clinic that cares about the animals and doeant want them to suffer!! Ive spent so much money bringing my animals to this clinic yet when we really needed a little GRACE the greediness of this clinic superseded the needs of my dog. I will tell everyone about the greediness and unprofessional comments made . Call back when you can pay. We dont care that your dog is suffering. Yea im sure other people would love to hear about a clinic that is only out for monetary gain nor for the welfare of the animals!! Run away from this clinic if you want your pets best interest and health to be a priority. I had to give kne star because it wouldnt let me leave zero!! Im so hurt and upset about losing 2 senior dogs within 2 weeks. But during this process we have found a new vet that actually cares about your furrbabies. Mt family and I will never go back here !! You shouldnt either!
