Just bought me a German shepherd puppy I'm trying to find the right harness and other things so I asked the girl at the front desk if we could get some help. Immediately a girl showed up. I think her name was Leah., had worked there a while and was a manager, but came over and literally spent a half hour with us finding the perfect harness, chew toys, leash, enrichment toys, you name it. Had the dog two days and she's been a bear to get settled and get into her new crate and first off the harness we got was perfect even got a second one for when the puppy grows in a few months she already has something to fit into and the dog loves it!! found some chew toys that are also perfect as she kept sharing her experiences with her pitbull and other dog she has and I think she even has a ferret, so absolutely set us up!! We've spent over $200 on stuff and she stayed with us the entire time. This has to be the best customer service I've had ever at a PetSmart. Not to say other ones were less, but I really needed help because this is the first big dog I bought, and I could not be happier. Clean place. Has everything! Great service what can I say? Purchased a $500 fish tank and stand. When coming home and taking all the supplies that came with it out, the bottom was cracked. Called and the refused to allow me to bring back just the stand without returning the whole thing even though they had the same tank that could be exchanged. Every time we have been to this Petsmart the team is never helpful. read more

I went there to get a hamster because mine recently passed away. I found the hamster I wanted so I tried finding a worker but there were none. I had to go to the cashier to ask to get me one. I told her I want to purchase a hamster and she asked how old was I. I said 17 and she said you have to be 18. I said that's fine so I called my mom and she came. Once she arrived we asked again if we could purchase one. The lady comes over and we show her which one we want. She says okay but then talks about how since it's a certain breed it has to have a big cage. We say okay (because we have a bunch at home) and we tell her which cages we have but she keeps saying on no you can't use that one. We tell her how we bought the cage from that petsmart and point it out to her. And she would just not sell it to us. She said how the cage still not good enough and she doesn't even know why they sell it. We ended up not being able to get a hamster after 1 1/2 hours of being there because she didn't believe us and wouldn't get us one. read more

What a disappointment. I rented a steam cleaner that, apparently, hadn't been cleaned properly in a few rentals and almost ruined a comforter and bedroom carpet. I foolishly assumed it had been cleaned properly because of the cleaning deposit we all have to leave but nope, the picture is worth a thousand words (and a million hairs). The first few feet of cleaning resulted in 20 minutes of scrubbing to undo all the added hair and staining. Then I pulled out the hose (that we had to pay an extra $5 to get, which should have just been a part of the rental) and it poured a cup or two of brown smelly water out and onto our comforter. To top it off, when I returned it I didn't have my wife's credit card so they refunded my deposit and cleaning fee onto a gift card... we rarely ever shop here but now we have a $51.40 gift card we probably won't use. Oh, and anybody with an ounce of customer service skill would have offered a proper refund because of how much work renting their cleaner caused us (especially because we had to clean the mess it caused and wash the comforter.. which anyone who has one knows is not an easy job). My advice, either have them inspect the unit and hose thoroughly before leaving the store OR rent it elsewhere. Now... what the heck am I going to buy for $51.40???? Probably nothing. What a horrible experience and horrible service. If a manager reads this and wants to offer actual customer service, feel free to contact us. We're not opposed to someone making this right (as it should have been done from the beginning). read more

My son adopted a cat from this location about six weeks ago. We took her to the vet because she had diarrhea and there were seeds in the feces. Turns out she has worms and Giardia. I called pet smart because her paperwork said she was dewormed and had all of her shots etc. Jordan (supposedly a manager) couldn't care less! She informed me that they just rent out space to a feral cat program and I would need to call them. I wasn't upset about that part, but she had an attitude and couldn't understand the importance of the information we found out about our cat! I completely understand why our Vet told us to NEVER adopt a pet from them. read more

Been going here for years and never been treated So rudely that girl Sophia was super rude and couldn't be bothered to help me. She was too busy with what she was doing. She was also talking down to the other workers like she was better than them. I had to go find somebody to help me on my own. She just seemed annoyed with my presence. Never seen her before so I'm assuming she's new but I've never been treated so poorly at this location. Very disappointed. But shout out to the young man who helped me with my fish. He was super nice and knowledgeable. So Shout out to Jacob and boo to Sophia for being so rude. She should take a page out of his book in customer service. read more

This PetSmart store is always clean & orderly. The managers (Glenn & Karen) & support staff are always friendly & helpful. If I don't find what I'm looking for I always get the help I need. The groomers are also nice and caring to my dogs. I highly recommend this store. read more

Completely Unable To Follow Directions. I had a 9:30 appointment. I arrived early, and was extremely careful to explain to the pet groomers my desires for my dogs grooming needs. Once I had been assured that my expectations would be met, I thanked the groomers and left. Upon my return to collect my dog, I learned that the groomer had decided to alter the grooming needs to fit her own desires for my dog. I asked her why my request was ignored, and she simply stated that she felt that she would trim my dog the way she wanted to. I had to pay for the completely unsatisfactory cut in order to get my dog back. Needless to say, I won't be taking my dog back to be groomed here. read more

Tried twice in the last two days to take my dogs there, was even given 25% to come in at an earlier time..... even went to get my dogs rabies shots updated as they asked. Only to be told the next morning they couldn't take them because it hasn't been 48 hours since the shots. Would've been nice if they told me that when confirming the appointment the night before. Today we were in, shopping for some items for our recently recused dog. Tori had asked if we needed any help finding anything. Normally I am not one to ask for help, but in this situation, I opted to ask questions and get answers to finding the right products for our dog. Not only was Tori helpful, but she was very informative with the products I was looking at for our dog. Getting familiar with products for the dog as well as trying to find products comparable to what our vet offers for a more economical price is just an additional plus. Spencer absolutely LOVED the SmartBones (dental bone) Tori had suggested, instead of going with a Rawhide bone. I look forward to having Tori help us along our adventure of finding the right and best products for our newly adopted dog. read more

Nice store but ignore the groomers. They are terrible. Paid to have nails trimmed but only did two paws. When they got caught they said they were too busy but still charged full price. Store manager "Tyler", "Taylor"? Offered to send store coupon but sent expired coupon for their horrible groomers. Ok for supplies but don't let them near your dog. read more

Petsmart in Bethlehem is a great quick place to go when you need a quick something for your pets. You do have to pay attention to the prices though- and believe me you can get some good deals on sale items. I've never gotten my dog groomed there, but they all seem nice. The only thing that drives me nuts is the dog training people. They take the dog out of the center and walk them around the store- not the bad part- but when they try to train them in the middle of the isles and restricting where you can shop, that's when it gets annoying! read more

Extremely upset with the vet clinic here. I called yesterday because my puppy was really sick and lethargic and I needed to bring him in as soon as possible. I was already in the car on my way when I called to ask how late they were open. The girl who answered the phone told me "well we close in 9 minutes so you can't bring him here." What!? My puppy was dying and she offered no help. She then put me on hold for 2 minutes to tell me where the two nearest vet ERs were. There was no sympathy or care whatsoever. I could have been in the parking lot and she told me they could not help me. My puppy died on the way back home. Not only will I not be bringing any of my pets back to this vet, I will not shop in this store anymore, period. read more

Absolutely the worst experience! Not even worthy of the 1 star i gave. Made an appointment to have my dog groomed. Received an email confirmation for 11am on Saturday. Fwd: (Appt Booked) Sat, Jun 20 11:00 am - Premium Groom - Pekingese @ PetSmart Store 1759 Winder Arrived a few minutes early only for them to say my dog was supposed to be there at 8am. No I made the appt. for 11 and the confirmation also says 11. The staff was rude and VERY UN-ACCOMMODATING and told me I had to come back another day. Do not use their services. I was in this store yesterday to pick up a few needs for my pets. I was admiring the birds and was approached by a young lady (not sure of her name, but she had streaks of blue in her hair). Of course she asked if she could help me find something....but what I liked most was her willingness to stop and chat. She was very knowledgeable and friendly.
