Felt like I was in a car dealership with all the, "do you wants". Staff was very friendly but probably the worst pedi I have gotten. I agreed to one of the "do you wants" because of the little bit more it gave than the generic pedi with a rock massage and lavender scrub. It was the quickest, least impactful massage ever. Me (male) and my fiancé (female) went to this "spa" last night. It was one hour before closing. I called twice to make sure it was okay and they had plenty of people there available and willing to do our nails. We both wanted simple gel manicures. After checking in and picking colors we were rushed to our seats across the room from each other. I was being seated with a male nail technician and she was seated with an older woman nail technician. As I was walking up the male technician started loudly talking to the older lady and laughing shaking his head. He was obviously refusing to do my nails because I'm a man. My fiancé and I were extremely confused for a solid 5 minutes because they kept shuffling us across the room laughing as they told us to shuffle back and forth until we finally sat down with the opposite nail technicians that we were originally assigned to. It was extremely uncomfortable and obvious that I (male) was being made fun off for painting my nails. I got over it and picked my colors again as I had forgotten which numbers I had chosen. As I'm getting my manicure the lady is tearing my fingers up, cutting way too much with the cuticle cutting tool. While doing my nails the woman could tell I was getting annoyed and asked several times if I was okay "honey". When it came time to paint my nails I noticed that one of the colors I had picked was replaced with another. I mentioned it and she straight up told me it was the correct color when it absolutely was not. Again, we came in late, it was close enough. I got over it. I like sparkly colors, and I understand that the colors with "larger sparkles" are a little more difficult to apply. That being said she didn't even try to apply it correctly. She applied the first two layers in under 45 seconds (I know this because of the timer on the curing light box). After those two coats she closed the bottles and started to put them away. I looked at my nails and and was not pleased with how bad they looked and how uneven and patchy the colors were. She noticed this and asked if I wanted another coat which I replied "yes please" to. Just before this last coat, my fiancés technician finished her nails and she walked over to sit with me. The male technician walked over laughing and looking at me and speaking with my technician loudly. Making me feel like I was being made fun of again. After he walked away my fiancé showed me where he had cut her cuticle and showed me the cut and dried blood around it. It happens sometimes, I get it. Her nails look great! He did an excellent job nail wise. After she showed me this not one but TWO employees walked up to my fiancé harassing her to pay them AFTER we explained that I was paying for both of us. A few minutes later the lady doing my nails piped up and said that they were closing the credit card machine down and that they needed us to pay. This was 30 minutes before closing. I am a former retail business owner and have never seen anyone shut their credit card machine down and run and end of day report before they close. I was clearly upset, and said a few things about it to my fiancé after they asked me to get up before my manicure was even finished to pay. I tipped well, $25.00 per technician on $35.00 manicures. I planned on doing this either way because even though I called twice I still felt bad that they were allowing us to come in an hour before close. When I sat back down to finish my manicure somebody walked up and gave my technician a receipt from my transaction. Then she mentioned how large of a tip I left! Her demeanor completely changed, she slowed down and took her time. She even gave me a pretty decent hand massage after she finished the manicure. After we walked out my fiancé and I discussed how awful of an experience we had and decided to never go back. Earlier I mentioned how uneven of coats the technician did on my nails, well these coats also went over my cuticles all around most of my nails. I woke up this morning to chipped nail polish and broken nails where she applied the polish incorrectly, and did a horrible job manicuring them, I also noticed how patchy the colors really are. I didn't remember this place until half way through my manicure but I went to this same "spa" 6 months ago and the same technician did an awful job then too. For boasting "the only FDA approved pedicure" this place was awful. My fiancé also mentioned to me that the male technicians tools were dirty and he never once washed the dust off of his hands during her manicure. He massaged her hands covered in nail dust. Do not go here. Avoid this place at all costs and go somewhere else in Dr.Phillips just a few miles down the road. read more

They wanted to add a tip and when I said no, they said they weren't adding at tip that they were using the tip to remove the powder from my nails?!?? I seriously leave with perfect nails every time I come here, I personally always ask for Ryan or Coco. They know me by name, are always so kind and when a nail breaks too early (this rarely happens) they will always fix it for me ASAP. My only complaint is the inconsistencies with pricing. I go between an acrylic fill and an acrylic fill and pedicure every other appointment. Sometimes it's $120, sometimes it's $150, when it's just my nails sometimes it's $55 sometimes it's $75. It really just depends on who rings me up. It will say on the screen "length"- I don't get long nails but maybe sometimes they charge for filing? Just make sure to ask ahead of time what your total will be. I have never left with nails or service I was unhappy with and if the pricing is the only thing inconsistent I will continue to come. read more

This location used to be a reasonably priced reliable nail salon. When the new management came in I was impressed with their services, however they have steadily increased their prices from $60 ish for a full set including gel, shape, and "long" tip, to it now being an average of $90 for acrylics. Not to mention you are pressured by your nail technician to write them a 5-star google review and they check your phone to make sure you have completed it. The convenience is not worth it anymore, especially when other nail salons will price things reasonably a few miles away. Focus on the customer and then I'll be back. read more
