If I could give it a negative I would. First time going here to get my eyebrows done. Positive they took me right away without an appointment on a Tuesday evening. Needed them done for a graduation the next day. The room was dimmed almost like a spa setting that should've been the first red flag, I layed down and she put some kind of cleaner on and around my eyebrows which is normal. She started and the wax didn't feel hot she kept going over the same location over and over again. When she was halfway done she then asked how I liked them. I explained I like it thick then thin she said no and did her own thing. Ok no problem they "know best" When she was still finishing up my eye lid was burning not even near my eyebrows and turns out she took a chunk of skin off. When it was completed my eyebrows itched and burned long with burning in my eyes. Not sure if the product that she used was old but the damaged that she did I will not be back nor recommended this facility for eye brow waxing. read more

Initially my nails and toes looked good however less than one week my polish started chipping on the toes and my nails start coming off all together. I came here on on vacation so I cant go back to be fixed. I paid over $250 for two mani and pedi with gel *one was my husband so no color. And kept asking along the way if it looked right to me. One of the best nail techs I've been to. That being said, I give 3 stars because in terms of COVID, there weren't many precautions. They didn't have any seats closed off so people were placed close together, and nobody asked me to wash my hands before they started. Masks were required and plexiglass was put up between the tech and the client, which is nice, but not many other precautions. If this was pre-COVID, it would be 5 stars. read more

I came here for a last minute pedicure and manicure because my usual salon was closed for renovations, and I honestly left really disappointed. When the technician started my pedicure, I asked for gel and requested a specific color DND Ballet Pink. He was extremely sweet and told me he would check. He came back with two different pinks, but they weren't the shade I wanted. I actually tried to speak up this time (which I normally struggle with), and I politely told him those weren't the right colors. He was very kind, said "no problem," and went to check again. He came back a third time and told me they didn't have it, but he offered to mix colors. I told him it was okay and that I'd just do white instead since that's my go to. Everything with him was perfectly fine he was patient, respectful, and understanding. After I told him I was totally fine doing white, I'm not sure if he didn't understand me or thought I was still unsure, but he brought a manager or owner over. She said, "Baby, we don't have that color," and I told her, "Yes, I told him it's fine." I honestly didn't know why he grabbed her, and I was confused because I had already said I was okay and ready to move on. Right after that happened, the worker sitting next to me who was doing someone else's toes suddenly inserted herself into the situation. Maybe she thought I was giving him a hard time or being annoying, but she had no idea I had already said I was fine. She looked at me and said, "You should paint your own nails, it'll be quicker." I literally said, "What?" and she repeated it again in a joking way, which made it even more uncomfortable because it wasn't her business at all. That was rude, unnecessary, and completely out of line, especially because she had no idea that I already told the technician I was fine and not asking him to keep checking. I wasn't being difficult at all I understood they didn't have the color. Then after hearing me tell the manager that white was fine, she started talking to me again, saying not to do white because it turns yellow. I politely responded that I always get white and never have that issue, but she kept pushing a different shade on me. Her attitude was honestly uncomfortable. Meanwhile, the guy doing my toes was great. I left feeling annoyed because of how she spoke to me. I'm paying for a service, and there was no reason for another worker to insert herself, talk down to me, or make smart comments. I believe her name was Anna or Annie but I'm pretty sure it was Anna. The technician who helped me was wonderful, but the customer service from the other worker completely ruined the experience for me. read more

I started coming here because it is about thirty minutes closer than the salon I had been going to. I always get the same thing, which is SNS. Last time I got the SNS done was with a lighter haired man. He was so rough with my natural nails that I am pretty sure he has permanently damaged them. I was wincing in pain and he didn't seem to notice. I'm new to nails so I didn't really know any better and just sat there. I got the feeling at the end he realized he had messed up my nails, but I still tipped and went on my way. A few weeks later and I returned to get the SNS removed, as my nails had begun physically hurting. I will say this is the shortest time frame my SNS has lasted. Parts of my nail are transparent now. Please be careful if you go here. Unfortunately my nails are so weak now that it hurts to even type at work. Really a shame. Will not be returning again for fear of my nails being ruined further by over drilli. read more

I called a few salons and they were a little pricey for my liking so I decided to call Delight Nails and I was PLEASANTLY SURPRISED by how reasonable their pricing was! I get the SNS (dip) done, it's so good for your nails and Natalie is the girl to go to! She's kind and professional, the salon is clean and everyone in the salon is nice and they are very helpful! The SNS is $35 and they don't charge if you need a nail tip while you are growing your own natural nails to your desired length. (They only charge extra is you want the nail tip SUPER LONG). I love this salon and I will continue to go to this place. I highly recommend this salon! read more

I have been going to Anna for years now!! She does a fantastic job on my SNS nails every time! I have times when I just don't know what color I am in the mood for and she always finds the perfect color for me. My nails are strong and healthy. NEW UPDATE April 8 - Mimi (white long nusually does my nails but she was booked tonight (of course). I wanted harder to do nails tonight and Michael got stuck with me. He did a great job. The black / gray half glitter nails are the ones he did. He was patient and took the time to understand what I wanted. THANKS FOR STAYING LATE FOR ME MICHAEL. Beautiful nails again- this time with Kathy! (Pink short nails) This place takes their time with me every single time and I appreciate it. I wasn't sure I would like my nails because I had to get them shorter than I'm used to for an interview but they turned out beautiful again anyway. You kind of have to know what you want. Originally going in here last year I wanted an acrylic set. They recommended the dip powder SNS. I haven't turned back since and my mom now does the same. They can extend your nail with this and shape it (for extra) which is shown in both of my reviews. I'm not sure if they do designs but that was never something I was interested in. I get the coffin shape nails as well. I think they are the prettiest personally but there's many nail shapes you can look up online that they can do. Only say this because I've had people getting their nails done next to me who didn't know these things. When I've had an issue or a concern I explain and they fix. I've seen others do the same and I see fast corrections. They fix it. You're allowed to be picky with your nails or something you are paying for but just be nice about it. I'm not sure what's going on with some of the other reviews. My experience isalways looks very pleasant. read more

This is the best nail place in town . They are always very busy so I guess lots of people agree. It has brand new big comfy massage chairs in a nice. All environment. They use opi and other big brands. No generics here. All of the techs are great but Cindy is my favorite. She saves my life with her pedicures . She can fix any ingrown toe nail. They include all the basics in your pedicure and don't try and nickel dime you by selling you scrubs and hot towels. It's there! Very pretty setting, very clean and upscale. I like the setup of all the nail stations in the middle and facing each other with TVs on the opposite walls. Also, the chairs in the back were vey nice and all spaced out comfortably. I walked in about 7pm and they close at 7:30 and I needed a full-set, they were happy to take me. That was a nice gesture and on top of it, my nail specialist didn't hurry, she extended until 8pm for me. She did a great job! Full set was only $20 and she did them thin and short just like I requested. I would recommend this location and will def stop by when I am on that side of town. read more

Love this nail salon. I go every 2-3 weeks. Linda gives the BEST pedicures! I've tried several other salons since moving to the area and this one is the best. The owners are very sweet and always able to accommodate large parties and appointment changes. Annie does my nails. She is fabulous. Great customer service. She takes her time and treats you like you are the only client in the room. No rushing ever! Highly recommend checking them out. Making an appointment is much better than walking in although they do accept walk ins and give you an accurate wait time. Walk in wait times are normally 30-45 min. If I had known better, this would've been the only thing I got on my visit and they may received more stars from me but... The AWFUL: With my spa pedi I opted to get a gel manicure (I believe the package was about $45). Within a week, the polish on every single one of my fingers began to chip and/or bubble up. See my pics. I've never had an issue with my gel or shellac manicures when I frequented the salon across the street or anywhere else for that matter. All of the staff are so friendly and are always willing to help each other. The technicians do a fantastic job with their services. They're detailed, very clean and give excellent massages. All of their tools are sanitized using the best equipment. They also have an excellent natural scrub, no parabens or harsh chemicals and the lime juice gives it a refreshing touch. Anna and her team are great. Whenever I come in, I make sure to make an appointment with Anna or Mimy. They are both amazing and take their time. I didn't know much about SNS, but I have learned to love it and love how my nails have improved. The salon is so clean and so modern looking! If your thirsty they will offer water or wine!
