I had mixed feelings about my visit to this nail salon. My nail tech was rude and seemed visibly disappointed that I only wanted a basic gel manicure with no special designs. I felt pressured multiple times to upgrade to more expensive polish and add designs, which made the experience uncomfortable. Unfortunately, my cuticle was also cut during the service, which was not ideal. That said, I do want to give credit where it's due as the gel manicure itself lasted a full two weeks and looked beautiful the entire time. So, I came here with a friend who recommended this place. I think she goes here regularly and typically has good experiences with it, so maybe something was just off the day I went. First: this is the most expensive nail salon I've ever been to. I got a dip manicure, no tips no designs, and a gel pedicure with one of the $10 above baseline upgrades, and my total, before tip, was $125. Second: my nail tech seemed to do an amazing job and she was super sweet, but my pointer finger chipped less than thirty minutes after I left the salon, and my thumb chipped less than an hour after that. Third: so I go back in the next morning to get them fixed, which honestly, I'm a little frustrated about because I just spent SO much money getting them done, the last thing I want to do is drive 20 min back to the salon the next day for them to fix something that shouldn't really have broken in the first place. But you know, stuff happens and it is what it is. Fourth: So the next morning, a different nail tech took everything off my thumb and pointer fingers and re-did them. But he was trying to be quick I'm sure, and in being quick, he was careless and let the drill hit the tip of my thumb, which both hurt and it broke the nail. So he ended up putting a tip on that finger, which was nice of him, but I was still a little frustrated that it happened. After I left I noticed that the top coat he put on my thumb was streaky and uneven, but it was all a little too much for me to go back again. Fifth: it was almost like the nails started getting vertical cracks in them. It wasn't every nail, but some of them. The cracks didn't catch on things thankfully, but they turned a gray ish color, which was fairly visible on the white. Sixth: they chipped to the point where I had to remove them after 2 weeks. When I pay a total of $155 for a simple mani-pedi, I do expect them to last quite a bit longer than 2 weeks. I don't mean to be overly critical, and maybe some of this seems normal or not that big of a deal to most people, I'm really not sure. But for me personally, if I pay that much for my nails, I expect it to be high quality and last a long time, and that's just not the experience I had here. read more

Whenever I'm in the Dr.Philips area I always pass by this nail salon but never get a chance to visit until now! The location was decorated nicely with floral accents and is very clean. I was a walk in but only had to wait less than 5 minutes and was taken care of by Jackie! She gave me an eyebrow wax (only $10) and you have choice between a gel or oil to help with the redness. She also did my pedicure and I received THE BEST massage I've ever experienced in Orlando! They also have a rewards card that encourages you to return, on top of the great service! Ceci is a great place. I have gone here for many years and frankly when I go to other salons it solidifies that this is a good place for me personally. I pick at my hands and toes a lot but the techs makes me feel safe. I never feel judged when I'm getting my services. I also tend to want pretty pedestrian services but the staff never tries to hassle me into doing upgrades. They will make polite conversation but also if I want to be quiet they respect that too and won't push an interaction on me. It's very relaxing and clean, they do their best to keep up with the dust. On a family vacation in Orlando last week and wanted to treat my mom to a mani pedi. I called and they were available to take us both right away which was great. The salon and bathroom were clean. No music playing but maybe because it was morning. The workers are professional not friendly, I like to chat a little with my nail tech. Even though mine spoke good English she was very dismissive anytime I tried to stir up a conversation. My mom and I were seated next to one another during our pedicures but unfortunately they separated us for nails which kinda sucked. My mom even commented on the fact that I was so far away but her nail tech ignored her. We both got gel mani pedis and typically I am asked to wash my hands after the nails have been filed. This did not happen which I thought was strange. I guess she forgot because my mom's tech had her wash her hands. I loved the color selection. This was by far my favorite nail salon in Orlando! I decided to check this place out on a whim. Upon entering I noticed how clean and organized the spa is. And the decor was beautiful and have a pink theme going on. As a girly girl, this aesthetic was my vibe. They immediately set me up with a nail tech named "Bria". I may have spelled his name wrong. He was professional and was gentle with my hands. I showed him what I wanted and he executed it perfectly. My French tips came out beautiful and clean. No weird lines or curves. I went here for the first time the other day. They have a very large selection of polish, dip, etc. They were very clean and in fact required you to wash your hands when you first walked in. I will say I was a bit overwhelmed when I first got there because they immediately wanted me to choose my dip colors and the places I usually go to allow me to take my time as I'm soaking off my previous polish, but here it was up by the door. I had no service in the salon so I couldn't look up any ideas and the one idea that I did show, my manicurist seemed to not be sure he could do it. He did a good job, but I think if I was to go back and get something with nail art I would ask for someone else. Wow! Ok, so the saddest thing about my moving is not being able to visit here more! Lol I have taken all year to find a lovely nail place and I finally found it! Every time that I've come for a visit, each nail technician has done a wonderful job on my hands and feet. Normally when I go someplace there are usually only one or two people that I really prefer. But this please, almost every person that has done my hands or feet have done such a wonderful job! I also tend to get a lot of anxiety about getting my nails done. I love the finished result but usually hate the process. However, every time that I've come here I find myself feeling relaxed and pampered. Today, during my pedicure I was able to use the massage chair. And I stayed 30 minutes after my feet were done cause I couldn't get out of the chair! I wish I could take that chair home with me! I absolutely love the chairs! They also do such a fantastic job with their feet massages. Again, I normally feel a bit of anxiety when getting a massage at a nail salon. Sometimes it's because they make me feel uncomfortable or they put too much pressure... But this place was perfect! They applied the right amount of pressure and actually did a wonderful job! I had gone in with yelp reviews in mind and I have to say, they held up! I liked the fact that the place was clean and well staffed, and organized. I had insinuated that I was in a hurry and had made an appointment for only a manicure the night before (which someone replied to me right away), and when I asked to add a pedicure, it was no issue at all nor was there a wait. Zoey was very sweet and did my manicure really well, especially considering she was standing (I was impressed). My pedicure was very relaxing, except the paint job a little sloppy (which luckily the lady sitting next to us happened to noticed and cleaned it up). It was kinda nice to get both a mani/pedi done at once. Overall, decent pricing and a good experience! 04/15/19 - unfortunately, I have to change this review. Less than 24 hours after my manicure, I put on sunscreen, and it got stuck all over my nails and made them sticky for days to follow. I was very disappointed, especially because I really liked the color and it was one of the more expensive manicures that I've paid for. Within hours they were also scratched up (not chipped, but scratched in a way that tells you the top coat was very poor quality). I normally pay around 10 dollars for a manicure; this time I paid 15 and got probably one of the worst ones ever in terms of duration. I'm sorry to say this, as the staff was nice and accommodating, but I just wouldn't recommend this place unless you're getting a gel manicure. read more

I'm from out of town and went as a walk-in for a pedicure. I was greeted right away and was able to choose any of the available seats. The massage chairs were super comfortable, very big, and had many settings to choose from. I was serviced within a couple minutes and I loved the lady I was matched with. I don't know her name, but she was super sweet and I'm glad I had her. I did the Voesh Spa pedicure with a gel polish add-on for $69 total, definitely pricey but I'm used to it since I'm from the SF Bay Area. I got a regular mani and a spa pedi. They have full dividers up around the manicure stations and pedicure stations. Everyone had to wash their hands upon arrival. I felt very safe. I had Zoey and Hazel as nail technicians and they were both great! I'd highly recommend this salon. The massage chairs were okay but I think I just had it on the wrong setting.
